Campbell and her Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin have been living the clean and sober life in Moscow and are talking babies.
Says Campbell, "If God blesses me to have a child, I'd be gratefully welcoming to that child," Campbell says. "But I'm not putting myself under that pressure. I'm happy that my life is just what it is."
