Mel Gibson's wife of almost 29 years, Robyn, could not stand by him any longer and has filed for divorce. Speculation is that Mel was (is) cheating with a younger woman. Not sure how that sits with his children, although, it's probably safe to assume, they're not happy about it. There's been confusion about who Mel's mystery woman is, however, his real mistress has been revealed (allegedly). If it's true - that he's been cheating - will it play a part in who gets custody of their minor child? Not to mention, Mel is worth an estimated $900 million - that's a lot of money to fight over.
So, who is Mel Gibson's (alleged) mistress? A young woman named Oksana Pochepa, 24, recently talked of her love for Mel and their "relationship." She said in an interview, she hoped their love is "strong and long-lasting." However, she's not the one.
And yet another "Oksana" was believed to be Mel's mistress - Oksana Kolesnikova, 31, - a Russian classical pianist, who is married and pregnant. And no - she's not the one and the baby she's carrying, is her husband's. She was not happy that she was targeted by media as Gibson's lover.
The woman believed to be involved with the 53-year-old actor is Oksana Grigorieva - we told you about her last year. Mel was photographed with her on a movie set and they were also seen spending time in Costa Rica.
Grigorieva, 39, is a Russian composer and actress who was briefly involved with James Bond actor Timothy Dalton - they have one son together - Alexander, 11. This particular Oksana has never spoken publicly about Mel Gibson.
Whatever the case may be, let's hope Mel and Robyn put their kids first, especially their 10-year-old son, who is probably very confused by all that's happening right now.
