Apparently, Gwen Stefani is a big fan of bring your sons to work day. She shelled out $100K to turn part of LA's S.I.R. Studios into a day care while she spends time rehearsing for No Doubt's big reunion tour.
Rather than just hire a nanny (like Madonna), or leave the kids at home with daddy, Gavin Rossdale, Gwen opted to renovate the studio for Kingston, 2, and Zuma, 8-months. I guess the studio will leave the day care in place after the band is finished rehearsing? For other musicians with kids?
Now that Gwen's had a chance to hang out with her second boy and be a mom for awhile, she's ready to get back to work with No Doubt for the much-anticipated comeback. The dates for the tour are out and tickets are on sale, so I'm sure the band feels the pressure to meet expectations. With a day care now in place right down the hall, Gwen should be able to focus a little easier on rocking out.
