Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo, who is expecting her first baby with husband Chris Ivery, has to be the cutest preggo ever! Sure, there are other celebrities who are adorable when pregnant - Nicole Richie is a doll, too - but there's something about Ellen that just seems super cute.
Ellen, with her two pooches (and her baby bump), was spotted visiting a pal in Hollywood.
It remains to be seen if Pompeo's pregnancy will be written into the show. Maybe Dr. Meredith Grey will become pregnant or maybe they'll craftily hide her growing belly behind desks and shoot her from the neck up!
