Aldridge was driving home from a fishing trip in Amite County, MS when he wrecked his Ford F150 with two male pals in the car, one of whom broke his collar bone. The source adds that Casey has a hematoma and doctors fear he has a blood clot in his brain. He may be heading into surgery, a source tells RadarOnline.com.
Jamie and Casey welcomed their daughter, Maddie Briann, last June. The couple recently called off their wedding but are still together.

Casey Aldridge was charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle in the crash that landed him in the hospital.
A source close to the situation revealed the crash occurred at approximately 1:30 a.m. Sunday in Louisiana, not far from the Mississippi border. Aldridge, the father of Jamie Lynn Spears' baby is hospitalized at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Mississippi.
Jamie Lynn, younger sister of Britney Spears, has rushed to the hospital to be with Casey, who has a hematoma and may need surgery. Two male friends of Casey's were in his F-150 truck. Casey was the driver.
Casey, 20, and his friends had been fishing earlier and spent much of the day together.
The crash is still under investigation by police.
Casey was rushed into emergency surgery to drain fluid from his brain, and he's now in stable condition.
Let's hope this accident does not involve alcohol - besides being illegal and stupid, it wouldn't set a very good example for Casey's daughter.
