Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad Jon Gosselin might be in trouble again! While his wife Kate has been away promoting her new book Eight Little Faces, Jon has reportedly been going out - and was even photographed with a "mystery" woman. He also wasn't wearing his wedding band.

According to a source, the father of eight was seen arriving at Legends Lounge club - near the family's $1.3 million home in Wernersville, Pennsylvanie - around 11:20 p.m., and leaving at 2 a.m - he was missing his wedding band. He was with a mystery woman and was heard yelling, "Hey babe! Give me my jacket!" She did.
He climbed into his Nissan Nismo, and as photos were taken, hollered to his female friend to "get in the car!" The couple then sped away and Jon didn't even bother to turn on his car's headlights!
TLC declined to comment on the situation but Jon sent an email to Us, saying:
"I went to Legends to speak to the owner. A friend of mine wanted to check out my car, so I let her drive it to her car. Yes, I have female friends -- but that is all she is. I'm not going to end my friendships just because I'm on TV."
If Kate is 2,000 miles away promoting her book, and Jon stayed home to care for their children, who was looking after them while he was out? Would Kate mind that he's out until 2 a.m. with a "female friend?"
This isn't the first controversy the couple has faced - Jon was seen drunk (allegedly) at a party with coeds from Juniate College, a few months ago. He denied any wrongdoing.
Jon and Kate are parents to twins Madelyn and Cara, 8, and sextuplets,, Aaden, Joel, Collin, Hannah, Leah and Alexis, now 5.
Hey, maybe it's the nanny he's with? Uh, wait, does that make it better or worse?
