Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick shared their exciting news on Tuesday - they're expecting twin girls through a surrogate! But what they didn't tell us, is, who is the woman carrying their babies? Well, wonder no more - it's The View's Elisabeth Hasselbeck!
OK, fine, party-poopers, Elisabeth, who is really pregnant, was just joking on Wednesday's show that she was the one carrying SJP's twins, but wouldn't that be amazing if true? Fact is, Hasselbeck is expecting her third child with husband Tim.
So, who is the woman carrying Sarah and Matthew's babies?
Parker's rep released a statement on Tuesday, "Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are happily anticipating the birth of their twin daughters later this summer with the generous help of a surrogate. The entire family is overjoyed."
According to Star via RadarOnline, the surrogate is a 26-year-old divorcee and she's almost seven months along in the pregnancy. And the mag says the surrogate was paid "tens of thousands" of dollars to carry the babies and they'll be born in Sarah's home state of Ohio.
Star is believed to have "more details" and maybe even photos of the woman carrying the babies for Sarah and Matthew.
Whatever the real scoop is on the surrogate, we hope her pregnancy goes smoothly and congrats to Sarah Jessica, Matthew and soon-to-be big brother, James Wilke!
