CSI Miami star David Caruso's ex-girlfriend and mom of his two kids, Liza Marquez, has made emotional and physical abuse claims against the actor. He absolutely denies any such allegations. Now Marquez is coming forward again, accusing Caruso of using their nanny, Maria Vianey Guadron, as a spy.

"I can confirm that an additional defendant has been named in the breach of contract lawsuit against David Caruso. I have no further comment," Marquez's legal eagle attorney Debra Opri tells us.
A source close to the situation says, "Liza had to take this action because she believed that Guadron was spying on her on behalf of Caruso. Caruso was trying to dig up dirt on her in regards to the ongoing paternity suit the parents are embroiled in."
Marquez filed her original lawsuit against Caruso in April, citing breach of contract and emotional abuse among other charges. The addition of nanny Guardron is an amendment to those charges.
"Liza became very suspicious about Guadron, and presented her with a confidentiality agreement at the end of February when settlement talks broke down with Caruso in the paternity case," our source says.
Guadron was terminated from her post upon refusing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
"Liza believed that Guadron would leak information to the press and to Caruso about the children, and she is only trying to protect them," the source said.
Caruso's motives are monetary, says our insider, adding Marquez currently receives $25k per month in child support and Caruso is out to reduce them.
"David is now attempting to barter his babies for the best deal possible," the source says.
What is the deal with this woman? Does she seriously believe David asked the nanny to spy on her? Do you think he would do that? He honestly doesn't seem like a nut who would do that to his the mother of his kids, but I suppose you just never know what goes on behind closed doors. And does he really need to reduce his child support? I'm guessing he can afford it!
