Wow, to hear Kate talk you would think that Jon is a total incompetent. It looks as though Jon is completely capable of looking after the kids, he can even take them to the store and they behave. Well, at least they are in these photographs.
If this was a surprise situation and it was so out of the blue, wouldn't you cancel all other things to get it worked out, to fix the situation. I don't think I'd be off gallivanting with the subject of the rumor i.e. Kate with the bodyguard on her book tour. I think there is a serious need to take some time away from everyone to figure out what they are going to do next.
There is no need to let it play out in front of everyone. It's just heartbreaking to think of their kids catching wind of this, it makes my stomach hurt.
