With Buffy the Vampire Slayer preggers, another one of my fantasies bite the dust. I was always hoping Sarah Michelle Gellar would be having MY baby. No such luck. That freaking Freddie Prinze, Jr!
Now Sarah Michelle's former "Buffy" costar, Michelle Trachtenberg, is announcing that she's over the moon for her bud's pregnancy. She says she's "jumping for joy."
Michelle, 23, says she talks to Sarah Michelle "every other day. I'm super excited! I'm so very happy for her and Freddie. She's going to be an extraordinary mom. Good people make great parents."
Sarah Michelle is 32 and has been married to Freddie Prinze, Jr. since 2002. This will be their first child. Very cool indeed.
Course, Buffy is going to be sleep-deprived for the next 7 years, but still, she's fought worse. Sarah Michelle is about to return to television, and is now filming a new HBO series called "The Wonderful Maladys," about "three dysfunctional siblings living in New York and dealing with the loss of their parents years ago."
