Lisa Rinna is known for her full, plumped lips, but how did they get like that? Are they natural? Or did Lisa have work done? She's finally coming clean, for the very first time, about what she's done to her lips.
Couple more pics after the jump!
Speaking on Monday's Today show - Lisa was promoting her new book, Rinnavation - the 45-year-old actress is being honest about what she's had done to her lips.

"That's the pink elephant in the room. This is the first time I have told what I have done to my lips." She said it started 23 years ago. "I had silicone put in my top lip not the bottom lip."
Lisa said she loved Barbara Hershey's lips in the Bette Medler movie Beaches, "plump and beautiful." She added, "I was gullible enough to go and do it."
She admits she loved the look and said, "Made me who I am." But things didn't go so smoothly - the silicone hardened and developed into scar tissue. She then had a cortisone injection and that was "gross," according to Rinna.
She claims she does not "blow up and down my lips."

Hopefully Lisa's experience will give her daughters - Delilah Belle and Amelia Gray - pause if they ever decide, when they're older, to have any kind of plastic surgery. I mean seriously, look at Lisa's side by side photo - she was gorgeous the way she was!
Lisa's book has many self-help pointers, including how she got her sex drive back after having babies "or else risk losing Harry [Hamlin]," as well as dieting and fitness tips.
