Alex Lloyd has a lot going on today. There's that little race thing he was doing, the Indy 500 something or other, and his wife Samantha is also due with their second daughter.
Talk about timing.
Said Lloyd, "I’m just going to drive faster and when I get the checkered flag, then they can tell me if something has happened. If they tell me, I’m just going to tell them to open the gates and let me go because I can get there in this car a lot faster than I can in another car.”
Luckily, Samantha is of like-mind and watched from pit road, belly on stand-by.
BTW, the race just ended a little while ago and no baby yet!
