Sarah McLachlan is splitting up with her husband of 11 years, Ashwin
Sood. Sarah, 40, is the mother of two daughters with Sood, India Ann,
6, and Taja Summer, 14 months. Sood is McLachlan's long-time
drummer...guess she'll be looking for a new one.
Sarah says, "I
haven't said anything about it because I've been terrified." But she's
got a greatest hits CD coming out next month entitled "Closer: The Best
of Sarah McLachlan" and there are two new songs on the compilation that
are tied to her breakup.
