Madonna wants everyone to know that she's not getting a divorce, and she's not schtupping that baseball player.
She told People.com: "My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce. I know Alex
Rodriguez through Guy Oseary, who manages both of us. I brought my kids
to a Yankee game. I am not romantically involved in any way with Alex
Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage or what
spiritual path he may choose to study.”
(Um, who the f*ck cares what she has to do with his spiritual path, seriously?)
Also: “I have learned over the years not to take accusations and the many
false reports about me very seriously. I also appreciate how fiction
and fact seem to be perceived as one and the same by people who read
both newspapers and the Internet."
Ah. So, maybe if you only read one or the other of Internet or newspapers, you can avoid the trap of confusing fact and fiction. Odds are, however, that no matter what you read? You're probably going to dismiss as bullshit anything said by anyone who wears satin dress shorts with lace-trimmed half-Spanx.
