Simpson and Pete Wentz have disappeared from view for well over a week
now, and there's been all sorts of speculation about whether that means
she's in labor. Which is entirely reasonable speculation, seeing as a)
she was due, like, two weeks ago and Pete started cancelling
engagements over a week ago, and b) the Simpson/Wentz machine is not
exactly media-averse. I'd expect Papa Simpson to be issuing press
releases the minute the mucus plug appeared. So why has there been no
news?
