C-list actress Kristy Swanson was the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer: before the T.V. show there was the movie - you remember, with Luke Perry? Yeah, that one. Sadly, either Kristy still thinks she's responsible for battling the local undead, or she's just a crazy bee-yotch: either way, she was arrested Saturday night for assaulting Marcia O'Brien, the ex-wife of her current boyfriend, Canadian skating sensation Lloyd Eisler, whom she met while filming Skating with the Stars, and with whom she has an infant son, Magnus.
Kristy told Canadian police she was attacked by Marsha first, and
plans to press charges against her. When asked if she attacked Kristy,
Marsha's response was simply "Why have I not been charged?" Awwww, snap! Take that,
Buffy!
Marcia and Lloyd's divorce caused quite a scandal last year, as Marcia was 8 months pregnant with her and Lloyd's second child when he left her for Kristy, whom he was partnered with on SWTS. For the life of me, I can not figure out why two women would be fightintg over a balding ice-skater with an earring... unless it's just a desperate attempt on Kristy's part to keep her name in the papers. But still - that guy? Really? She couldn't just do a Celebrity Fit Club or something?
It's nice to see some graduates of the Anne and Coley School of Divorce for a change, even if they are just a washed up Canadian ice dork and a momlebrity. They're still bringin' the drama, and that's the way I like it.
