Not one, but two(2) of the Anaheim Ducks welcomed new babies last week- on the same day!Both Todd Marchant and his wife Caroline, and Francois Beauchemin and his wife Marie, welcomed sons on Monday- an off day between NHL playoff games. Now that's timing.Congrats to the Ducks!

New York Knicks player Eddy Curry was awarded custody of his 3-year-old son Noah, after the murder of his ex-girlfriend and mother to the boy. Nova Henry was murdered (along with 9-month-old daughter Ava - she was also Eddy's child) on January 25 of this year. Henry's mother, Yolan, has been caring for Noah and she didn't want to hand him over to his father.
According to Sports Illustrated's Peter King it is once more into the breach for Brett Favre.
You may recall that we've been through this before. Brett has a wife and kids and a sore arm and many reasons to walk away from the game he loves, but has been dragging his feet a bit.
