Actress and Dancing With The Stars alum Lisa Rinna was spotted out recently, wearing a summery, blue dress. However, she may have forgotten something before she left home - uh, her bra. Her dress left little to the imagination. Sure, it was a spagetti strap dress but I think they make strapless bras. Maybe she was testing her milf-ness? The 45-year-old is still pretty hot....those sure are some big, um, sunglasses.
