Heath Ledger's grieving family poured out their hearts to their beloved son and brother in an Australian newspaper on Friday. In the death notices section of the West Australian, Ledger's mother Sally wrote:
There's still no word on the cause of Heath Ledger's death - the autopsy was inconclusive, as we reported yesterday - but the speculation continues apace. Police are saying that no less than five kinds of prescription drugs were found in his apartment, but that all of these were legitimate prescriptions, and the bottles were nearly full. And reports that a rolled twenty-dollar bill was found with traces of illegal narcotics in the apartment have been revised after the bill was tested and proved to be clean.
This story makes me sad.
An autopsy was performed this morning to determine the cause of death of actor Heath Ledger, but first reports are that the examination proved inconclusive, and that further examination is necessary before a cause of death can be confirmed.
