Spain's Princess Sofia, daughter of Spain’s Crown Prince Felipe and
Crown Princess Letizia, was basted baptized in Madrid.
Seriously though, doesn't it look they're basting her? Looking at Sofia, being glazed next to that big metal bedpan, reminds me of an old Bugs Bunny cartoon, the one where they try to trick him into getting inside a big boiling stockpot, and of course by "the one," I mean most of them. I'm just waiting for the altar boys to start chopping carrots.
If I was Letizia, I would be a pretty princess, but more importantly, I think I'd tighten my grip on my kid and hope that the priest had a big lunch.
