about being a good father. Christian Slater was so set on proving the
importance of education to his kids that he went back to school to get
his GED. Slater, 39, has a couple of kids with his ex, Ryan Haddon.
9-year-old son Jaden and 7-year-old daughter Eliana considered it odd
that their father didn't graduate from high school. Thing is, Christian
was far too busy being a child star to get his diploma...well, that's
not entirely true. There are lots of child stars who still go to school
and graduate with honors. Christian just didn't deem education very
important in his youth.
