Apparently
- and not surprisingly - family and friends of Jamie Lynn Spears are
expressing their joy at the arrival of her baby and asserting their
confidence in her parenting abilities. "She'll be a great mom," said a
family friend. "She'll be awesome."
Of course. But - and forgive
me in advance for asking the snarky but all-too-obvious question - has
everyone forgotten how old she is? She's a teenager, for chrissakes. I'm sure that she'll be awesome in the loves-her-kids-adores-them-lavishes-them-with-kisses kind of way, but in the practical, everyday, raising-them-and-nurturing-them-and-keeping-them-in-their-diapers--without-losing-her-mind kinda way? I'm not sure that's obvious.
