Annie
Leibovitz has done it all in her career. The lady is to photography
what Warhol was to painting but without all the soup cans. In a
nutshell, she's good.
Disney commissioned her to do a series of
photos using some of the biggest stars from sports and entertainment to portray classic Disney icons. It's pretty freakin' cool.
Says Leibovitz, "It's thrilling to have an opportunity to re-create the characters we
all loved as children. The stories are real to my own
children now, and their belief inspires me."
