Holy crap! Holy crap! Holy crap! Forget about Britney or whatever you were talking about, this is the story of the day. Nay! Week! The lovely Heidi Klum picked up her daughter Leni from school without a swarm of nannies flanking her every move. This is the biggest. story. ever.

Remember how, after giving birth, it felt great to slip into your size 2 jeans, bare your breasts and get your picture taken? Yeah, me neither. But Heidi Klum is doing all that, and less than a year after giving birth to her third child. Klum is featured in a provocative series of ads for Jordache jeans and the effects of gravity and sleepless nights are nowhere to be found. It even baffled my husband, who insisted on studying this photograph for an entire fifteen minutes to try and figure out how she does it.

Although Klum says she maintains her hot bod (technical term) by staying active with her kids, she also cops to having some help. "There were 20, 30 people on set to take the pictures...So I don't have to do that much. They all make me look good." Now I don't feel so bad - it usually only takes 10 to 15 people to make me look good enough to walk out the door.

Heidi Klum, keeps it casual as she plays in a Malibu sandbox with her daughter, Leni. It's nice to see Heidi let her hair down, so to speak, and get her hands dirty. Unfortunately for her, she's becomes something of the poster child for hands off parenting along the celebrity sites on the internet. Maybe she is starting to realize that time is fleeting, or maybe she heard Cats in the Cradle playing on the radio on the way over.

Let's hope the cat wasn't in the sandbox, or she may get even dirtier than she planned. My kid has a name for those treats, sand peanuts. They're not clean.

Seal Likes His T-Shirts Like He Likes His Women

Seal, with Heidi Klum and Leni out for some quality family time. It would appear that is Seal big on the self-promotion. Not only was Heidi sporting a shirt with his likeness on it the other day, but he too enjoys wearing Seal schwag. Why not? I would wear a shirt with my own picture on it if I had one.

Why don't I have one? Note to self, call Seal, ask where I can get an ego shirt.

Remember the Mother-Daughter-Outfit trend? Thank God that's over. I was having a helluva time finding a leopard-skin thong for my 8-year old. The new thing seems to be the Mother-Daughter-Haircut trend, which has the potential to be equally annoying, as in the case of Celine Dion and her, uh, son. Katie Holmes and daughter Suri make a better case for it, or maybe we're just happy Suri doesn't have Tom Cruise's 'do.

But model Heidi Klum and daughter Leni seem to wear it best. Leni is Klum's daughter with ex Flavio Briatore; Klum and husband Seal have two children together, sons Henry and Johan. No word on what their hair looks like.

You know, I tried to get my daughter to get the same haircut as me, but she said she'd rather look like Heidi Klum. Kids these days.
