Boy this guy is worse than Kato Kaelin. (Part one is here, by the way) Does he ever stop whining about his sister's horrible injustices on his life?

Does she even care what he says about her?

Now the little tattletale is saying that Madonna is forcing their father to choose between the two of them.

Ciccone admits that his relationship with his sister has broken down since he published his explosive book - Life With My Sister Madonna - earlier this month. YA THINK?

Ciccone tells Britain's Closer magazine, "The situation is now at its ugliest point, and I feel terrible for my father. Madonna's asked him to choose between me or her - but he's told her he won't do that.

"I've reassured my father that I wasn't trying to tear up the family, but I have every right to tell my side of things. I was disappointed that she thought I was going to ruin her. Of course I wasn't!

"She obviously doesn't know me as well as I thought she did."

You know if my brother wrote a tell-all book about me, I'd have to say I wouldn't speak to him either. You don't do that to family to make a buck. Course if my brother did write such a book, it would probably only sell for about a buck, seeing as my deepest dark secret is that I stole a pack of grape gum from the convenience store when I was 7. I know, scandal.

Yesterday I told you that Madonna wrote some of that tell-all book and Christopher Ciccone. He says 'Liar Liar Pants on FIRE!' And then he sucked his thumb and rocked for a while.

"If she did, then she's doing the best acting job I've ever seen. No (she didn't help). Whoever is doing it (making up the stories) is doing me a great favour. I appreciate it."

And Madonna's representative, Liz Rosenberg, has also denied the singer helped her brother put together the tome.

She adds, "If she had anything to do with that book, it would have been better written and more eloquent. To say Madonna needs publicity is insane."

Apparently I'm insane then. That old bat is like a publicity vampire swooping down on famous young'uns to suck the blood right out of their media machines. Yeah, I'm the one that's crazy.

She's already trying to suck the life-blood out of Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears, what more could there be? (Besides Miley Cyrus)

Well nothing surprises me in terms of Madonna's attention whoring and silliness in order to keep her fame. Nothing.

Which is why I laughed out loud when I read that Madonna actually ghost-wrote some parts of this new tell-all book her brother has written.

According to the New York Post's gossip column PageSix, the singer actually had a part in penning chapters of the book herself.

A source tells the publication, "The supposed scandal about Christopher Ciccone's book is bulls**t.

"She (Madonna) actually ghost-wrote parts of it with him, the way Princess Diana helped Andrew Morton write his book on her. That's why there's nothing too devastating in Chris' book.

"He's mean to others, but not so much to his sister."

A spokesman for Madonna has yet to comment on the reports.

Apparently Ex-Governor and current family man Eliot Spitzer has a few more skeletons in his closet. I'm guessing it looks like the Natural History Museum in there. The guy has more secrets than Oprah.

The latest cat(house) out of the bag is being reported in the New York Post. That's the madam Kristin "Billie" Davis in the picture.

His other Kristen is so much hotter.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen prove that alcohol leads to sex! Sources are claiming that the Patriots QB and the supermodel were taped doing the nasty in the private wine cellar of popular New York restaurant Philippe.

The story clams that staffers from the restaurant have viewed the tape, which was recorded on a security camera inside the wine cellar. A rep for Philippe, while confirming the existence of the cameras, denies that such a tape exists. But insiders say that workers routinely watch the tapes after the customers leave and have also witnessed Diddy and Sienna Miller "hanging out" inside the private room.

Be on the lookout for the Brady/Bundchen Sex Tape, Vintage 2008. No word on what either of them charge for a corkage fee.

Jennifer Lopez has reportedly had an entire suite prepared for the birth of her twins.

The room has hardwood flooring, big screen TV and a brown leather couch. The best part though? Lopez has asked that hospital staff not enter the room until she arrives. Wow, snotty much?

A source said to the New York Post: "There is a room, which even has a brown leather couch, that has been sitting empty for two weeks now. No-one is even allowed in there until she gets here. It's just sitting there for her."

I got a crappy hospital bed and no TV. Times have changed.

JLo and Marc Anthony are due to deliver their babies, um, sometime.

Heath Ledger: Update On The Drug Rumors

There's still no word on the cause of Heath Ledger's death - the autopsy was inconclusive, as we reported yesterday - but the speculation continues apace. Police are saying that no less than five kinds of prescription drugs were found in his apartment, but that all of these were legitimate prescriptions, and the bottles were nearly full. And reports that a rolled twenty-dollar bill was found with traces of illegal narcotics in the apartment have been revised after the bill was tested and proved to be clean.

NYPD sources told TMZ that nearly full pill bottles containing the anti-anxiety medications Alprazolam (Xanax), Diazepam (Valium) and Lorazepam (Ativan) were found in the apartment. The sleeping medication Zopiclone (Lunesta) and the sedative Temazepam (Restoril) -- which is used by people with "debilitating insomnia" -- were also found. All of the drugs were prescribed to Ledger, who is reported to have been struggling with insomnia and anxiety.

TMZ also reported that paramedics who first attended to Heath Ledger were interviewed by NYPD and said the scene looked "normal" -- meaning it didn't appear as if illicit drug use had occurred.

The exact cause of Heath's death won't be known until the toxicology results come in, sometime in the next two weeks. Until then, it looks as though illicit drug use is seeming less and less likely.

Heath Ledger's Peace Offering To Michelle Williams

This story makes me sad. Heath had recently sent his ex Michelle Williams a book - a first edition copy of one of her favorite books. The couple apparently had been secretly trying to work things out for the sake of their little girl, Matilda Rose, 2. A source close to the pair said, "He sent a gift he knew she'd really love. She collects rare books."

See? Isn't that sad? So bittersweet. Maybe they were going to get back together and that was Heath's way of sending Michelle an olive branch, a sort of starting point. Now we'll never know what could have been.

Heath Ledger Autopsy Inconclusive; Speculation About Cause Of Death Continues

An autopsy was performed this morning to determine the cause of death of actor Heath Ledger, but first reports are that the examination proved inconclusive, and that further examination is necessary before a cause of death can be confirmed.

What we know so far:

* Police are no longer touting suicide as the cause, and his family has declared that it was an accident.

* TMZ is sticking by its story that Heath was suffering from pnuemonia when he died. The NY Daily Intelligencer points out that no other media are pursuing this angle (presumably because it seems implausible both that he had pneumonia and that it played any role in his death.)

* Even though police are no longer talking suicide, and Heath's family has vehemently denied that such a thing is possible, friends of the actor are saying that Heath was depressed. A reporter for Time magazine who briefly met him for a profile in Time magazine says that during their meeting, "mostly what he gave off was dissatisfaction." Whatever that's supposed to tell us.

* The NY Post is reporting that the pills found in Ledger's Soho apartment at the time of his death have been identified in detail. Bottles of the generic forms of Xanax and Valium were located in the bathroom, and sleeping pills Ambien, Donormyl, and Zopiclone were found near his body.

The results of further autopsy aren't expected for another ten days, during which time we can expect, I think, to hear every theory under the sun about the cause of Heath's death.

Bad Money: Critics Pan Katie Holmes Latest Performance

The critics have spoken, and they're not fans of Katie Holmes' 'comeback' performance in the new comedy Mad Money. The film, which also stars Queen Latifah and Diane Keaton, was being touted as Holmes' first return to the big screen since marrying Tom Cruise and giving birth to daughter Suri. Looks like Tom's latest on-screen performance is the one to watch these days.

In one of the more caustic reviews, a New York Post critic calls the movie “the most cringe-making return since Love Boat: The Next Wave" and saves his harshest criticism for Mrs. Cruise. “Holmes, with Alice Cooper hair and crazy Jim Carrey eyes, looks terrible and acts worse, unless this movie is unintentionally a lobotomy documentary,” the reviewer writes. “Whatever could have happened to her in the last couple of years to zap the talent out of her like this?”

I haven't seen the movie, but judging by the trailers I have to agree. Did anyone see Holmes in her well-reviewed film Pieces of April? Rent this movie, and tell me that the girl hasn't been brainwashed and talent-washed since then.

Reportedly, Diddy has decided to "cut off various girls he has around the world" and concentrate on his, on again, off again main squeeze, Cassie. A source revealed to the New York Post:

"She recently broke up with her boyfriend, and they're in Miami together now. Friends on both sides of the camp are whispering about their reunion. They're holed up together in Miami, very low-key. He's really in love with her."

Really in love with her? So in love he's going to stop paying attention to the "other women around the world?" Are there that many women who find Diddy the least bit attractive? His personality alone is enough to turn a woman off!

Nicole Richie: Did They Try To Make Her Go To Rehab?

Ah, there's an uplifting sight: a pregnant woman leaving a substance abuse treatment center. Do it for the baby, Nic!

Granted, Nicole Richie was probably at the Alternative Action Program in LA to fulfill her court-demanded traffic school obligations, but maybe she took in an alcohol education course as well. Driver rehab was, after all, part of her sentence for driving, drunk, the wrong way down a LA freeway. At least the paparazzi didn't get a shot of her puffing on a Marlboro outside the AAP doors. That would have looked bad.

Nicole Richie Is Shocked And Appalled That People Would Doubt Her Judgment

It's one of the most enduring stories about women and womanhood: that the moment a woman becomes with child, she immediately turns into a paragon of virtue and moral fortitude. The rough edges soften, the bad habits slide away; nothing, but nothing, will come between that woman and the safety of her unborn child.

It's a nice story, but a totally bogus one. Still, that's not stopping Nicole Richie and her publicists from using it.

In response to reports that she'd been caught smoking while pregnant, Nicole Richie said the following: "It's really very sad and hurtful that journalists don't believe in checking facts before writing false and unsubstantiated stories about my health and my pregnancy," she wrote in a statement released to Access Hollywood. "The healthy birth of my child is my number one priority."

Okay, so: I'm willing to believe that the health of her child is a top priority for Nicole. But I find her outrage amusing. I mean, her career - such as it is - is built upon reporters writing unsubstantiated stories about her and her cronies (and, please - like she never dropped a tip or two about herself - or, better, Paris - to Page Six?) Her raison d'etre has been the gossip mill, and it was fuelled, in large part, by the decidedly unhealthy lifestyle that she flaunted in front of the cameras. Drug use? DUI? Party party party and party some more? Check, check and check. That some enterprising gossip columnists thought that it might not be beyond the realm of possibility that Nicole Richie was - gasp - sucking on a Winston during pregnancy is hardly shocking. Does anyone really believe that Nicole has gone all soft and cuddly and organic in her maternity? I thought not.

So, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt on this one, but she really might want to do some work on her self-reflectivity.

Caught In The Act: Which Pregnant Celebrity Was Reportedly Spotted Smoking?

The New York Post's Page Six gossip columnist, Cindy Adams, claims to have the inside scoop on a pregnant celebrity caught puffing away on a cancer stick.

Who's the celeb?

The story:

Oct. 29, 2007 - MOMMY-to-be Nicole Richie. 3:30 p.m. Pony tail, black jeans, waistcoat. Exits DaSilvano with one young girl, one middle-age lady. On the sidewalk, after checking who's at which outdoor tables, she lights up. They jump into a waiting black Caddy Escalade, Nicole into the front seat. Still smoking.

Three days later, 7:30 p.m., Nobu. For somebody who doesn't eat, she sure frequents lots of restaurants. She's there with the baby in the bun's father. They leave. Outside she lights up again.

Hmm... if this is true, then boo on Nicole. But it's a highly suspicious story, not least because, as TMZ is reporting, Nicole has apparently been out of the country for some weeks, and only just returned to LA a few days ago.

Still, gossip is gossip. I don't make it up; I just report it. Do with that what you will.

Brangelina Under Fire: Globe-Trotting Is Bad Parenting, Says Expert

So, let's say that you're a mega-rich, uber-fabulous, superstar family that jets around the world making movies and adopting children. Let's say that in that in a span of two years, you've lived in six different countries, and crossed the Atlantic more often than you've crossed a street in any one city. And let's say that although your eldest child is enrolled in school, he's only enrolled in any one school temporarily, and changes schools as often as you change households, which is pretty often.

If all of those things are true, then you're probably the Jolie-Pitt family, and one New York psychotherapist has some harsh words for you:

"(They're) not creating a stable environment outside the family unit," Manhattan-based psychotherapist/social worker Puja Hall told the New York Post. "Maddox is an adopted child, so he already has a sense of abandonment," she said. "Kids that constantly move are like army brats, in that very often they don't want to open up to people. They feel loss, and there is a problem with attachment."

"With the moves, the kids just don't invest in relationships, because they're going to lose them anyway," Hall said. "They think: 'Why bother? I'm not gonna stick around. We're gonna pick up and go, and the loss of friends is painful.' " She added that before Pax, 3, Zahara, 2, and Shiloh, 16 months, get any older, Angelina and Brad need to decide where to settle down. "It needs to be weighed," said Hall. "At some point, they will have to make some important choices so the kids can form those bonds and keep them."

I don't know. On the one hand, I see her point: kids who move around a lot don't have as much opportunity to form attachments. Sure, they have each other, and their no-doubt doting parents, but the lack of other stable, ongoing social relationships - with friends and playmates and teachers - must certainly be experienced as a loss, even if it's a loss of something that they've never known.

On the other hand: we're talking about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt here, people. They can buy their kids friends.

Isla Fisher has proven the world, i.e., the New York Post, wrong. She's still hauling around the Borat baby.

Yes, she is still pregnant and did not go into labor, as this picture from Oct. 8, 2007, clearly shows.

On the other hand, I suppose it could have been true and she's just found a creative way to carry home a pumpkin. Everyone is doing it.

At least she looks happy. In fact, I don't think I've seen a happier looking pregnant woman since her good friend Naomi Watts. Just a big, blinding glow of bliss. Take it in and enjoy.

Usher, Soon to be Papa, Has Got a Brand New Bag

Usher, and his pregnant fiancée, Tameka Foster, are planning to marry in a secret ceremony this month.

The New York Post quoted a source as saying, "They want to get married before she gives birth."

Maybe I'm missing something, but isn't the idea of a secret to keep people from knowing about it? I guess this 'source' didn't get the memo.

Cynthia Rodriguez is a Role Model (for Sailors, Convicts and HBO)

Cynthia Rodriguez, as reported by the New York Post, is all class. Alex Rodriguez's wife wore this trashy commentary to the ballpark. The shirt, which she wore while sitting next to her 2-year-old daughter, Natasha, says quite clearly, "F**K YOU."

She's pissed at all kinds of stuff, Yankee fans, management, the media, her husband and the bimbo he rode in on. The shirt could have been for any of them.

However, the only people that really got to enjoy it were all of the families with children that were seated behind her in the stands. Some people, frustrated by the fact that she was clearly breaking stadium policy, yet not being reprimanded by security, left with their kids in tow. I hope A-Rod refunds their tickets.

In the meantime, if you live in NYC and have children, watch out for C-Rod. She's mad as hell, and she's not going to take it anymore. Who knows what other obscenity-laced outfits she has up, or on, her sleeve. Someone should wash her shirt out with soap.
