Steve Jobs Heart Attack?

Steve Jobs is the man behind Apple and Pixar and the largest shareholder of Disney stock. He has four children. One might say he's doing okay. Others might say he had a heart attack. It depends on who you talk to.

On Friday word started spreading that Jobs, who has lost weight recently due to undisclosed nutritional problems, had suffered a heart attack and Apple stock went below $100 per share for the first time since the introduction of the iPhone.

Apple has stated that the claim is "not true" and maintains that the health of Jobs is a private matter.

The SEC is investigating the source of the rumor.

I hope they're looking in boxes of free pizza for chubby guys in tweed.

Well, the last guy doesn't taste that great. Kind of salty with garlic undertones. The first two, however, are like freakin' chocolate and peanutbutter.

Steve Almond writes Baby Daddy here at Babble. He also does a bunch of other cool stuff that I envy but don't know how to do- like write for Spin and get invited to Dave Grohl's house.

Steve has a post today where he talks about his BFF Dave Grohl, professional fighter of foo and father of one. It's a good read about a cool guy. Check it out.

So where do I fit in to this story (and warrant my name in the title)? I don't. It's just that Almond is a bit of a namedropper, admittedly, and he dropped mention of FameCrawler all non-chalant like. Obviously he was ~~not~~ talking about me. I read that and I ran with it. It's what I do.

Steve Carrell is Magical

I could say all kinds of stuff about Steve Carrell and his attempts to rule all of England (see Sword in the Stone), or the fact that he shouldn't have taken the old wizard's hat while the guy was napping, but I won't. Well, no more than I just did.

Instead I'll say, that Steve Carrell looks like a fun guy. I bet his kids are a having a ball at Disneyland. His kids are there, aren't they?

Evan Almighty star, Steve Carell, was kind enough to discuss parenting with Justin Clark. For a guy that was a virgin just a couple of years ago, he seems to be making up for lost time in the kid department.
