Didn't 'heroin chic' go out in, like, the nineties? Somebody needs to tell Victoria Beckham, who's been going around singing the style praises of Amy 'Don't Make Me Go To Rehab' Winehouse.

Beckham - who may or may not be pregnant, and so very possibly not in her right mind - said recently that Amy "has a real sense of style that I just love. She's very much a fashion icon and I adore what she wears. She's so unique and original."

Okay, unique and original, maybe. But coke-streaked nostrils went out with shoulder-pads, didn't they?

Beckham went on to say: "I've never met her but I just love her music - I've always got it on at home with David and the children. She's an amazing singer."

Well, there you go. Posh has never actually seen Amy Winehouse. That would explain a lot.

What would you say if your daughter wanted to emulate a boozing, coke-snorting, eyeliner-abusing rehab-dropout? Apparently this girl's mom said, "Honey, hand me the Aqua Net - your hive ain't high enough."

Train wreck Amy Winehouse is seen here after a concert in Liverpool, England with a young fan whose mother obviously has trouble saying no, no, no to her little Winewreck. And where were these two off to after the concert? The bar for tequila shooters, a back alley to score some blow and a nice visit with Amy's husband who is being held in prison without bail? Who says rock stars don't make great mentors!

Falling Down: Duran Duran Discuss 'Britney' Video

You may have heard that Duran Duran have a video out ("Falling Down") that portrays a troubled starlet and her admission to rehab (no, no, no- sorry, I still love that song).

Roger Taylor tells People, "I suppose it's loosely based on her, but not [only] on one celebrity – just celebrity culture in general."

The song was co-written by Justin Timberlake. Make your own conclusions.

Maxim Unveils "Unsexiest Women" List: Sarah Jessica Parker Leads Madonna And Britney In Fug

Maxim Magazine has just named Sarah Jessica Parker as the Unsexiest Woman Alive, and they weren't exactly, um, nice about it:

"How the hell did this Barbaro-faced broad manage to be the least sexy woman in a group of very unsexy women and still star on a show with 'sex' in the title?" they said. "Pull your skirt down, Secretariat, we´d rather ride Chris Noth."

Ouch, ouch, ouch. That's mean. Though, truth be told, I've never understood why people think she's hot. I don't think she's fug - "Barbaro-faced" is way harsh - but I certainly don't see oodles of sex appeal there. Ferris Bueller could have done better, I think. What ever happened to Sloane? She was hot.

Moms, sadly, were over-represented on Maxim's top five Unsexiest Women list: Madonna clocked in at number four ("with a mug that looks Euro-sealed to her skull") and Britney rounded out the top five in fifth place ("less than five years ago, Britney had a python wrapped around her well-toned torso onstage at the VMAs. Since then, she´s lost the ability to perform, but gained two kids, two useless ex-husbands, and about 23 pounds of Funyun pudge.") Amy Winehouse (they've got a point here; she needs detox and a good scrub-down) and Sandra Oh (I protest!) came in at numbers two and three.

Too mean, I think, even for me. What do you think?

Amy Winehouse Gives CPS a Heads Up

I loves me some Amy Winehouse. Really. However, just because she wants to be a mommy, doesn't mean she is ready to be a mommy.

Apparently, she has admitted that she and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, are trying to conceive. Well, they do have plenty of time, since she keeps canceling all of her shows at the last minute due to an "illness," i.e., being hammered. She's about as ready to be a mom as Nicole Richie.

Scares you, doesn't it?

Amy Winehouse, the sexy little foul-mouthed singer that is all the rage (even FameCrawler has a feature inspired by her song, Rehab) has let it be known that her career is second to her real passion, family.

In an interview with The Mirror, she says, "I know I'm talented but I wasn't put here to sing. I was put here to be a wife and a mum and look after my family."

She is recently wed. Looks like baby Winehouses will be next on the agenda.
