What exactly was she doing here? She was definitely not engaging with the crowd and it looks like she may have even been staring off into space. < insert xenu joke here>

Tom Cruise is planning to sue someone, again. There's a company that plans on using his image to sell T-Shirts.

The T-shirts will use his image with the slogans "Sex Addict" and "Everything Turns Me On".

Tom isn't to happy about it. He has his big shot lawyer is claiming consumer fraud and false advertising and sternly warned the company against using Tommy boy's image. I guess they are worried that the company will photo shop the t-shirts on to Tom Cruise's image.

Which of course has the t-shirt company planning to make a shirt with Tom's picture, that says 'legal addict' on the front and "I sue everybody" on the back.

I'm sure he's just thinking of the kids and how the shirts would effect them, that's why he is threatening to sue. It's all for the kids!

Jada Told Will "Make Me Proud"

Would your husband or wife give you advice on how to make love to another person? Um no, mine wouldn't. That just goes to show you how different from us movie stars are.

Jada Pinkett Smith recently gave her husband Will advice, on his love scenes with Rosario Dawson in his new movie Seven Pounds.

He revealed: "Jada said, 'Listen, I know you're uncomfortable, but you better not embarrass me.' She said, 'When you do that love scene, you better show 'em what you're working with!' "

Will said, "My grandmother was really firm about how men are supposed to treat women, so for me, my worst nightmare is for an actress to feel like I'm taking this opportunity to get a little quickie feel - you know, some legal cheating going on!"

Well, that's nice, there are definitely a lot of guys out there that would do just that.

Apparently, Tom Cruise has added 'mentor' to 'actor', 'celebrity dad' and 'crazy person' on his resume: he has, apparently, been dispensing career advice and life wisdom to certain young stars on the Disney roster. Which, you know, is cause for alarm, isn't it? I mean, isn't THETAN CLEARING pretty high on his list of how to survive our alien-spirit-infested world? So wouldn't his mentoring advice look kinda like a primer on Dianetics?

Vanessa Hudgens doesn't seem too worried. "He was so sweet and such a nice guy" she said about meeting Tom ~~Crazy~~ Cruise. "He, like, totally warned me about Xenu and about how Zac (Efron) is like totally infested with body thetans and that's why High School Musical 3: The Simpering is maybe not going to do so well at the box office, but that maybe if I had this little operation on my brain..."

I totally made that last part up. Because, like Tom, I am totally committed to science fiction that masquerades fact. However, unlike Tom, I believe that impressionable young Disney stars shouldn't be exposed to the darker truths of the universe. Unless they remake Escape From Witch Mountain, in which case that better be done as documentary, or I'm going to be sorely disappointed.

Katie Holmes must have gotten herself a pair of those traveling pants because she somehow traveled from NYC to LA this week with no one the wiser.

Katie Holmes has been in NYC all summer for rehearsals but somehow she dodged all paparazzi in New York and LA for a weekend trip home. She went home to LA for a visit with the family over the weekend and was spotted at the airport boarding Tom's private jet to return to New York with Tom and Suri in tow.

Katie could be overheard telling her, ‘Hang on, honey. I’ll be done soon'".

Katie and Suri had a girls night out on Saturday and how cute they are in their matching shirts. Seeing Suri with a bottle makes me feel better that my 2 year old still needs wants a bottle when he goes to bed at night.

Katie and Suri always look happy enough, do you think Tom is really that controlling? I never know what to think. He gets mad and crazy and she defends her family, as she should.

Is it all publicity, or are they really, so happy together?

Has Will downed the Kool-Aid?

He and Jada are funding a school in Calabasas, CA. that is set to open in the fall called the New Village Academy, which is associated with Scientology teachings. He handed out pamphlets that were Scientology based at the end of the shoot of Hancock and talked about it to anyone that would listen. It's also said that he is home-schooling his kids with Scientology methods.

These little snippets are starting to make up a bigger picture that even though there are only 250 pieces together of the 1000 piece puzzle, it's picture is starting to take form. It's starting to look like Will Smith is going to start jumping off couches.

What's missing from this picture of Tom Cruise and Will Smith?

No, it's not their wives. They are missing their third, David Beckham.

It would seem that Tom Cruise wants to revive the 3 musketeers because he's teaching Will Smith and David Beckham to fence. No they aren't fencing stolen goods. This is the good old fashioned kind of fencing with the white uniforms and face masks and Epee'.

“We don’t get enough time to hang out, just us three guys, so this is his way of getting together and bonding. David and I go to his home and just do fencing. It’s a lot of fun," Will said in a recent interview with the Mirror.

They probably use an Epee' so they can double touch.

In all seriousness though, fencing is supposed to be great exercise and it's a shame that we don't have fencing or archery at school anymore. They build skill and character and we know there isn't enough of that to go around these days.

Tom Cruise, pictured here with a Bugatti Veyron, got his special brand of crazy on in the name of protecting his family.

Tom Cruise apparently has had his fleet of cars, cars that I could never even dream of owning, all tricked out with bullet proof windows and bodies.

Does he think he is an action hero now?

As we know many celebrities feel that they can't be too careful and Tom has taken it all a step further than anyone else we've read about, maybe because he's crazy. His cars, which he really really loves, look like normal expensive cars, but they are outfitted like armored trucks. He also has professional drivers so he can avoid the L.A. traffic and get him out of dangerous situations.

Is he careful or very paranoid?

I'm sure he won't be taking Suri for a ride in the Bugatti which tops out at 250 mph. Which leads me to think that it's really all for him and Xenu.

Tom Cruise may have hit on an idea that will have him reaching new heights.

He probably heard Will Smith rave about the custom shoes that his 5 ft. wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, designed for herself and it looks like he may have designed some of his own.

Tom has always been touchy about his height," a friend of the actor told Star. "It doesn't help that he tends to marry women who are taller than he is." The Nike extra thick soled shoes might make him at least an inch taller, and we all know how important an extra inch is.

Tom Cruise wants David Beckham to join the crazy side - the crazy side of Scientology. How does Tom plan to convert David?

Cruise is doing his best to persuade Beckham to join him in his Scientology following. Tom had previously tried but Victoria - David's wife - was having no part of it.

A source told showbizspy.com, "Tom hasn't quite given up on persuading David that Scientology is a life-changing and wonderful thing. But he tends to see David privately. He thinks David is more malleable than Victoria. She is less pliable, stronger and more opinionated."

Maybe when Victoria and Katie are having playdates with their kids, that's when Tom swoops down on David and does his best to change his mind about Scientology?

However, there's still some talk about Posh and Katie's relationship being strained because Posh and David won't convert. The source added, "Katie and Tom want to surrond themselves with fellow Scientologists these days, and they are distancing themselves from anyone who is not a believer.

"For Tom, a non-believer like Victoria is very dangerous. She is opinionated, strong-minded, privately very against Scientology and has voiced her doubts."

Posh, who celebrated her 34th birthday - with like 45 parties - threw another at Via Veneto restaurant in Santa Monica on Sunday and guess who was there? That's right, Tom and Katie. Together. As in they're not breaking up? And I guess that also means that Posh and Katie are still BFF's?

Holmes actually looks normal in the photos - not her usual robotic self as of late. Maybe there's hope that Tom Cruise is becoming normal? Oh surely I kid.

Also attending the dinner: Will Smith and wife Jada, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, Kate Beckinsale, Elton John, Eva Longoria and Diddy.

Katie Holmes was spotted leaving a bank building on Thursday, carrying a few books, Blackberry and a Billy Elliot dvd. And while all that is super interesting, what's even more interesting, is her vacant, blank look. Was she just tired from planning Suri's party or is her marriage really taking a toll?

Katie used to be so young and pretty - well she's still young and still pretty, but she looks different - weary. I can only imagine living with Tom Cruise and the pressure to be a viewed as a perfect wife must be exhausting. Plus all that Xenu, the aliens are coming BS - now that must really be tiring.

Ain't no party like a Suri Cruise party.

Here are some pictures of Suri Cruise's birthday party. It's being held at an alledged Scientology retreat in the Hollywood Hills. It's like Tom's Waco.

According to Just Jared the party was today with a BBQ and other festivities, but I live about 40 minutes from there and I'm writing this at 10:30 in the morning. Who the hell eats BBQ before 10 a.m.? UPDATED: The party was Friday. I was like a block away watching a Sing-A-Long with(out) Travolta! What up, Cruise, I like BBQ.

Regardless, here are the photos. I can't say I'm proud to post these. I feel like I'm invading their space a bit, but seeing as Xenu's going to invade our space someday I guess we're even.

Katie is leaving! And Tom taking Suri! Lies - according to Tom Cruise.

Reports of Katie Holmes leaving her husband Tom Cruise, and he in turn threatening to take their daughter Suri, are untrue. While the couple have been busy planning Suri's birthday party, they've also been busy doing damage control.

According to Star & In Touch, Holmes was a prisoner in her own home, her health was suffering and her life was falling apart because Tom is so controlling.

Cruise's mouthpiece denied that there was anything wrong in the life of TomKat and said there was no truth to Holmes being "crushed" by the marriage. Star alleged that Katie was planning to take Suri and head to New York to escape Tom.

A rep for Cruise said, "They are happily together. This is completely false and irresponsible reporting." This could one of those denials before the confirmation kinda thing. Time will tell.

Apparently Katie Holmes is mad as hell and she's not going to take it anymore. Likewise for Victoria Beckham. The former BFF's are feuding over some important stuff, namely fashion and hair. It could get ugly. It could also get hot, and not because I find either one of them attractive, but because as any boy scout can tell you, when you rub two twigs together you get fire. I'm afraid that someone may get burned.

Word on the proverbial street is that the hubbub is due to Victoria scoring the cover of Vogue, something that Katie thought she would/should have.

According to a source, she is "envious that Victoria scored the more prestigious magazine. Katie feels that she deserved it more.”

Katie then went on to knock Posh's ink: “When Victoria advised her to get some tattoos like hers, Katie hit the roof, saying, ‘Tattoos are trashy. I wouldn’t be caught dead with one.”

“Victoria said, ‘How dare she attack my tattoos? I know more about fashion than she’ll ever know. I have my own line! I’ve told her what to wear and what not to - she used to dress like a schoolgirl. Then she even tried to copy my hair. Now she doesn’t think she needs me.’”

See? UGLY. I'm not sure who I'd take in this fight. Sure, Posh is packing some WMD's in her blouse and must be tough since she's all tattooed, but Katie has years of pent-up frustration and Cruise crazy in her smiling little head. If that cracks, man, the Xenu will hit the fan. However, Katie is soft from spending all of her time, well, some of her time, with her little doll Suri, whereas Victoria has 3 boys and a straight husband. She's used to the rough stuff, even at 90lbs soaking wet.

What celebrity mom is going to be hitting the big stage of Broadway?

According to The Daily Mail, Katie Holmes is in final negotiations to make her debut on the Broadway stage. She'll be staring in a revival of Arthur Miller's All My Sons. Apparently Holmes will take part in a workshop this coming May. In the workshop, she'll play the part of a woman who visits her former neighbors, the family of a missing pilot she once loved.

Katie has said to producers that she is "serious about working in the theater."

Holmes had a good start to her acting career when she was one of the stars of Dawson's Creek and a handful of some choice roles in films. However her acting career took a back burner once she married Tom Cruise and had her daughter Suri. She did co-star in Mad Money recently, which, um, basically sucked.

Now Katie wants to get back to her acting -choice roles preferably - and one theater expert in London has said, "This play will be like a shop window for Katie. The aim to remind people of her acting chops. It's kind of a neat idea."

Katie Holmes was out for lunch the other day - again with no Suri in sight. So where the heck is the Cruise toddler?

Holmes was out with friends, dining at Joan's On Third but there was no sign of little Suri. Sure, moms should go out (even robot moms!) and have a girls' day but we're dying to see a glimpse of the cute toddler. Not an 'in your face' photo because paparazzi shouldn't be shoving cameras in kids' faces but just a peek from afar. The last public photo of Suri was January 16.

Maybe Suri got weirded out by her dad's birthday video - I mean the man does the splits twice - that would freak any kid out!

Katie Holmes used to live a fairly carefree life - now she feels like a prisoner.

Her husband, Tom Cruise is paranoid that crazed fans or kidnappers might try to hurt his family, so he's installing more alarms, having a security guard and is apparently creating a moat that will wrap around his 13,000 square foot home. It seems a bit much to me but I'm not a ~~crazy Scientologist~~ famous celebrity, so what do I know? Maybe he's just a concerned husband and dad. ~~Take Suri and run Katie!~~

Katie told friends that she "feels like a prisoner in her own home." A source said, "There will be codes and devices that only Tom will have the secret information to operate. Katie, who led a carefee life before she met Tom, says it'll be like a prison. Every move she makes inside or outside their house will be recorded. She says she'll feel as though there is no escape from Tom's controlling ways. You can escape the eyes of another person by going to a different part of the house. But [Katie] knows she can't escape the roving eyes of the cameras that are constantly sweeping the house."

The insider continued, "Katie will barely be able to move around in her own home without being monitored by cameras and electricial devices."

Most kids are embarrassed by their dad - and Suri Cruise will be no exception. Her father Tom Cruise can't sing at all. Plus, there's that whole creepy Scientology thing (hope Xenu doesn't come snatch me away). To help him celebrate his birthday, the sect spent a reported SIX figures to throw a big bash for Tom, although they dispute Andrew Morton's claim that Cruise is prominent in the hierarchy of the Church of Scientology.

Although the Church has said that Tom is "neither 2nd or 100th. Mr Cruise is a Scientology parishioner and holds no official or unofficial position in the Church hierarchy. Claims to the contrary are offensive to both Mr Cruise and the Church" - it seems odd that they favor him.
