Ben Affleck and Violet- Cuteness Abounds

Today it was Ben's turn to take Violet to pre-school.

I think Violet and my youngest son should have a play date. They are the same age and both as cute as a button. In fact, I don't know if Violet Affleck can get any cuter. Everyday we see a new picture of her with Jen or Ben and we see that she's growing up before our very eyes.

I hope that her parents are keeping a scrapbook of all the photos that appear in the papers and magazines, because you know they are missing some of these moments.

Ben Affleck Says Sex Doesn't Matter

Ben Affleck doesn't care if he gets outnumbered when his and Jennifer's second baby is born.

He was texting back and forth with Matt Damon who commented on being outnumbered by the birth of his second daughter.

Ben had the grace to say that he doesn't have a preference of the sex of his second child. He says that a healthy baby is the thing that matters most.

Of course, a healthy baby is what all expectant parents want and I hope that for them as well, and I secretly hope they have a boy.

In Lieu Of Thanks, Here's A Baby?

Brigitte Nielsen is on a roll. She, with the help of her fifth husband Mattia Dessi, quit drinking and she also went through extensive reshaping on live TV in Germany to get her body back to some of it's former glory. Next on her list of things to do is have another baby.

Her husband Mattia has been her rock through her struggles with alcohol and essentially getting her life back together and she wants to thank him, by giving him a child. She told Hello! magazine that she wants to try IVF to get pregnant to make their little family whole.

I'm sure her kids, she has 4, are happy and lover her dearly but her newest husband is only 6 years older than her oldest child. I wonder if her husband watched her in Red Sonja when he was 7, yes that's correct, and said she's going to be mine someday. Bwa ha ha.

I just have to say that this picture kind of gives me the heebie jeebies! Sorry couldn't help it.

Her four children are Julian, 24; Killian, 19; Douglas, 15; and Raoul, 13.

Ben Affleck is All Growns Up

Ben Affleck gives us a little glimpse into the man he has become.

Ben, during his speech at a charity gala in Calgary, had this to say about himself. He said that his trips to Africa had him re-evaluating his existence and that he realized how little he had done with his life and how shallow he had been. Good for him. He was there to honor those at the gala that helped make a difference and raise money for the children's hospital.

Thank goodness he finally realized that he was only showing us just a thin veneer of who he really could be. I never really liked Ben Affleck before now, I chose Matt Damon out of the pair. I think Jennifer Garner is the best thing that could have ever happened to him and it made it open his eyes and realize that he needed to change and not be so greasy.(pronounce with a z)

Ben Affleck Hopes He's a Good Dad

Just in time for Fathers Day, Ben Affleck tells us he loves being a daddy.

In an interview with the Sunday Mirror, Ben talked about fatherhood and how it has changed him.

How has fatherhood changed you?

BA: For the better. I love being a father, it’s wonderful. It’s changed my life. All the clichés are true. My daughter Violet, who’s two, is the most important person in my life. And Jen’s great. I’m a lucky guy. I know my wife doesn’t have much faith in me preparing my daughter’s food properly when she’s working, but I always surprise her by getting the job done.

Do you think you’re a good dad?

BA: I hope so. I think we all like to see ourselves as good dads, but there’s also that fear, ‘Oh, I don’t want to be like my father,’ or, ‘I hope my kid doesn’t turn out like me.’ You know, I have those feelings too. So the key is optimism.

I like Ben and Jen as a couple and I bet Violet is the cutest kid in her class.

Bill Murray Battles Booze Hound Wife

Don't they look happy?

The happy couple, Bill Murray and Jennifer Butler-Murray are still filing for divorce. This is just an update.

It's turning into a he said/she said battle after accusations were hurled from Jennifer's side of the court accusing Bill of abusive behavior, drug and alcohol addiction, and frequent abandonment. Hi pot, this is kettle...

Apparently there was an incident on March 17th and a police report had to be filed after the police were called to investigate reports that she was shouting very loudly at one of her children. The report from the officer states, "I spoke with [Jennifer] and advised her of the complaint. The w/f [white female] seemed to be very impaired and didn't want me on her property anymore, she slammed the door and I left the residence." The report continues, "I then had the complainant meet me at the police station to talk with the juveniles. They informed me that their mother had been drinking heavily and had [become] physical with them."

Is she crazy, doesn't she know violence will never win out? Isn't she devestated that her kids, ages 6-15, didn't trust her not to hurt them and they had to go to the neighbors for protection? Thank goodness for nosy neighbors!

Kristen Davis: No Sex (Tape) In The City, Only Babies

Kristin Davis has been getting around these past few months. When she wasn't promoting her upcoming "Sex And the City" movie she was being viewed by millions of people around the world in those stills from her rumored sex tape. (She claimed it was a case of mistaken identity, but it sure looks like her. I'm not going to post a link here, since they're NSFW, but you can get an your fill [no pun intended] with a simple Google search.)

But with that behind her (again, no pun intended I swear) and the movie set to premiere in a couple of weeks, Davis is ready to start thinking about babies. In a recent interview the actress tells Health magazine, "I would love to have children. I would love to adopt. And I would still like to find a man and have a baby with him.

By the looks of those pictures circulating the internet, it doesn't look like she'll have a hard time. Pun totally intended.

David Hasselhoff to Pay $25K a Month to Ex, Kids

Ever since that video was released where Hasselhoff's daughter Taylor filmed the Baywatch star drunk and eating a burger, I haven't had a whole lot of respect for the man. CNN reported yesterday that Hasselhoff has recently agreed to pay ex-wife Pamela Bach $21,000 a month in alimony and $4000 in child support.

Hasselhoff and his ex-wife have joint custody of their two children, Taylor, 17, and Hayley, 15. The couple divorced in 2006, and the recent court documents also say they agreed to joint ownership of their San Fernando valley home and will divide the family's cars, bank accounts and Hasselhoff's pensions from acting and directing guilds.

Despite all these agreements in what seems to be an amicable resolve to their break-up, I sure hope Hasselhoff has gotten his drinking under control since that video last May. If having your teenage daughter film and publicize your drinking problem around the world isn't a wake-up call, I really don't know what is.

Celine Dion Refuses To Drink Alcohol

Cases of alcoholism in Celine Dion's family has her fearful of even touching alcohol. She credits her ~~dirty old grandfather~~ ~~father~~ husband/manager Rene Angelil for keeping her away from the party scene while growing up in the spotlight. "I don't drink because, if I am honest, I am terrified of alcohol. Within my family there have been problems with addiction and it scares me to think that if I got drunk, I could get hooked."

I don't know how she does it. Every time I hear her voice I want to sling myself into a vodka-induced coma.
