Tiger Woods and his wife Elin welcomed their baby daughter on Monday morning. Sam Alexis Woods is the first child for the couple, and Woods wrote on his website that “Both Elin and Sam are doing well and resting peacefully.” This was a nice consolation prize for Woods who, less than twenty-four hours earlier had finished second at the U.S. Open on Father’s Day.

Woods had said that he would miss the upcoming British Open, which starts on July 19, if it interfered with the birth of his child. It looks like he won't have to now.

Although, I wonder how hard it is to sink a putt on only two hours of sleep and with a Baby Bjorn strapped to your chest?

Awwwwww!

I'm not arguing that David Beckham is the world's best father, just the world's best looking father, and if the proof isn't in the pudding, then I don't know what is... oh, wait, yes I do. It's Victoria's genes muddling up what would be the world's best looking sons.

Not that they're not cute, because they totally are - they look sweet and happy and healthy. But looking at this picture, I'm amazed at how much each boy, in his own way, resembles his mother - Brooklyn has his mom's squarish head, Romeo her eyes, Cruz her tendency to pout, and all three of them have her prominent mouth. Seeing Posh's features on her sons makes her a little cuter, somehow... but still sort of alien-esque. L'il thetans. I just hope these boys don't max out at 95lbs. like their Ma, cuz that would be weird.

Since the last time we saw Romeo and Cruz, their long locks have been shaved off - I'm guessing it was in solidarity with Dad and his teammates on Real Madrid, who won the Spanish First Division Championships and are seen here celebrating the win, as well as Dad's last game of European football, with family and friends. Now, it's on to greener pastures... American schools and Scientology! Yay...?

Tiger Woods May Miss British Open: His Unborn Baby Will Thank Him Later.

Play golf or be present for the birth of your first child? It's a dilemma that has plagued men for centuries, along with the question "Why can't I wear socks with my sandals?" Tiger Woods has at least solved the golf question, when he made it clear that he may skip the British Open which starts on July 19. His wife, Elin is due to give birth in July, and Woods says family comes first. "Being there for the birth is the most important thing - not a golf tournament. If Elin is going to have the baby during the week of The Open, I don't go. It's that simple." Now here's a guy who would never think of wearing socks with sandals.

Woods doesn't rule out playing in the tournament completely. "My intention is to play...but I really don't know what is going to happen. Hopefully, the baby will be healthy and will arrive on time. But at the moment, I cannot be certain about my schedule." I'm happy about Woods' choice, but he wouldn't be the first man to miss the birth of his child. I used to work with a woman who's husband missed the birth of their son because he was...with his girlfriend. You should have seen him try and change those diapers with two broken arms and a swollen black eye! And Woods would at least have the chance to bring home a big stack of money and not just a bad case of crabs.

Here's hoping for a happy healthy birth for baby Woods. Tiger, women everywhere (and okay, a few men) applaud you.

Dave Matthews and Wife Cook Baby

Hey, that's what he said. Musician Dave Matthews and his wife, Ashley, are about ready for their bun to get out of the oven. In an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, Matthews quotes his wife as saying, "It's cooked!"

The new addition, whose gender they don't know, will be greeted by twin sisters Grace Anne and Stella Busina.

Dave's summer tour kicks off next month, and he says that he is planning on taking the whole family.

Funny how the craziness that happens backstage at a rock concert has changed over the years, isn't it?

You'll notice that Ben has resorted to the classic "stroller is for stuff, not kids" routine that many of us have faced at one time or another. The stroller, a Chariot Carrier ($695), would just block the Robeez Boots (in lavender, $37) anyway. Those boots are made for showing.

Harry Connick Jr. Makes Beautiful Babies

His music? Eh. If I wanted to hear good jazz, I'd cut out the middle man and crank up the Django Reinhardt. But his kids? They are knockouts - have you ever seen two more poised and graceful little ladies?

Harry is pictured here with his two oldest daughters, Georgia Tatom, 11, and Sarah Kate, 9, on the red carpet at this year's Tony Awards Show (Charlotte, 5, sat the party out). Mom is Harry's wife, ex-Victoria's Secret model Jill Goodacre, who is clearly the dominant gene holder in the family, fortunately for her girls.

Nothing against Harry, of course - he's no slouch in the looks department. But it's not just anyone who can pull off a massive forehead and aw-shucks buck teeth, and still be considered attractive - you've got to have charisma and talent to meet you where good looks dropped you off. And he does.

Whether or not the same is true for his progeny is anyone's guess. One thing's for sure: Harry Connick Jr. hit a high note when he made these girls.

Jenny McCarthy, whom I've seen naked, and her son Evan were seen catching a flight at LAX. Evan, who is autistic, was the inspiration for McCarthy writing a book on the subject.

This doesn't bode well for her Scientologist friends that were trying to bring her into the fold. They like to pretend autism doesn't exist. Besides, Jenny has her own crazy.

Everyone was so afraid Larry Birkhead would fade away, quietly, into obscurity and we'd never get to see Dannilynn, the most wanted baby in the world, ever again.

Lucky for us, he brought her out for an interview on Fox New Channel with Greta Van Susteren that aired Monday night. Larry teared up, described feeling "mad, sad, glad" (anyone else thinking Dr. Seuss-style-book deal?) and closed with the shocker that maybe he "loved Anna too much."

The good news is that he has Dannielynn -- and that sweet house she inherited from Anna Nicole -- to console him. Greta was nice enough to post her photo essay of the interview with Larry, which gives you a feeling for the place. Seriously, check out that view! Look at the three decks! And a pool!

Yes, yes, I'm sure he loved Anna, and that he loves Dannielynn. I'm sure he'd trade the house in a second to have her back. But since he can't, a multi-million dollar piece of real estate... well, I'm just saying. Nice pad.

Tori Spelling and Driver Take Orbits Stroller for Walk

Tori and Dean, out strolling with baby Liam through what looks like a bus station. No sign of Mimi La Rue, although she could totally be hidden under that groovy camo blanket. Dean is driving the Orbit ($900-ish), which should seem really considerate.

I don't know. Brad (cough, pussywhipped! cough) Pitt also is the frequent baby pusher, but this has a different feel. Dean always looks like Tori's driver or body guard or something, ready to kick someone's ass. Plus, with that scruff and those tats, all he needs are a couple of Silver Bullets in the cup holders and they're on their way to a cookout at the rumored to be reuniting Federlines!

Can't you see him standing over the grill with K-Fed, cracking jokes about their weekly allowance? And Tori trying to make small talk with Britney, like "Wow, this macaroni salad is so unusual! What's in it?" And Britney saying, "Y'all, Ralph's was all out of Miracle Whip but then I found this other stuff called Cool Whip, which is so much more me, because I'm cool!"

Yeah, that could explain the mild dread on Tori's face.

I have no idea who this woman is, but I feel that anyone who dresses up like a reject from the cast of 'Wicked' deserves at least a Google search.

My investigation turned up both a 'Katie (Jordan) Price, 29-year-old British glamour model, television personality, magazine columnist'' and 'Katie (KittyKat) Price, 16-year-old Ohio Wal-Mart clerk and BFF to Lisa (Teenie) Lewbowski.' While the latter sounded infinitely more interesting, I found out this about the Brit:

The current news on Jordan Price is that she is expecting her third child with British pop singer-songwriter and television personality Peter André. I didn't know who he was, either, but I did find out that André was signed to his first recording contract after an executive saw him do an impression of Bobby Brown. Funny, it doesn't say whether he was doing Brown singing or smoking crack.

As for Katie Price, she had this to say about recently finding out that her and André are expecting a baby girl:

“For me the best bit is still to come - seeing her vagina. When she’s born, I’ll be like, ‘Show me her bits.’ Because that will prove it to me. At the moment I’m only used to willies.”

And to think that only thirty minutes ago I had no idea who Katie Price was. Damn you, Google.

Do You Get Jail Time For Stealing Someone's Baby Plans? Cuz I'll Bet That Angelina Looks Hot in 'Cuffs.

According to Woman's Day magazine, Jennifer Aniston is poised to write a tell-all book about her break-up with Brad, in which she'll dish about, among other things, Brad's lovemaking skills - he is, apparently, no match for Vince Vaughn in the between-the-sheets department - and her face-to-face encounter with Angelina Jolie.

Sounds potentially nasty, no? One 'friend' of Jen's says that that nasty edge is perfectly understandable: "She feels like Angelina stole her man, her plans to have a baby … and now it feels like she stole her career!"

Men and careers are easy to steal - just ask Gwyneth Paltrow. But baby plans? Not so easy. I left my baby plans out with my wallet and my house keys on a table at Starbucks a few years ago and wouldn't you know? The wallet and the keys were pretty easy to lift - they disappeared while my back was turned - but those baby plans stayed right there where I left them. Which is good, because although you can cancel your credit cards and change your locks, once those baby plans are gone, they're gone.

Courtney Cox-Tease: Will She Or Won't She Have Another Baby?

Courtney Cox recently said that she plans on undergoing IVF treatment again to conceive a little sister or brother for Coco, and that she's even begun blood testing to get the process underway. But she immediately clarified that she's not ready right now, because she's just too busy with her television series, Dirt. Oh, and? That multiple kid thing? That sounds hard too, she says.

"I used to want to have, like, eight kids. It was such a fantasy when I was younger because my mother, who was an only child, had four kids." she told Contactmusic, waving a big fat BUT flag. "Now, looking back, I don't understand how she did it."

So she's "not really ready" for another child. Gossip-mongers, put away your pens and your keyboards and your quills dipped in the blood of D-listers. Nothing to see here.

But, oh, hang on a sec! Here's Courtney again: "I'm not really ready right this second, but I'll probably do it one more time."

I get this, I really do - I keep saying that I'm going to have another baby, totally, for sure, as soon as I get this first-child thing sorted out, which, you know, takes some work, and also, I'm, like, really, really busy and have I said that dealing with one child is really hard? But I do want that second kid, really I do.

So, yeah, I waffle. I get waffling - and vascillating, and humming-and-hawing, and all expressions of ambivalence generally - 'specially when it comes to baby-matters. But I'm not famous, so I don't cause gossip-whiplash when I do it.

You just let us know when you've figured this out, 'kay Courtney?

Naomi Watts Doesn't Like To Stay Home.

Naomi Watts, expecting her first child with her pup-and-tot-loving boyfriend, Liev Schreiber, isn't sitting at home on her couch eating donuts and counting down the days to baby. Here she is taking a walk through her New York neighborhood on Wednesday. In fact, I've seen gazillions of pictures of the '21 Grams' star out and about, and always looking so pulled together and cool as a cucumber. How does she do it? I think the day I hit the eight-month mark I was already banging on the hospital door begging for an epidural.

Having a baby will prepare Watts for her next movie role as a mother. She'll star in "We Are All The Same," the story of Gail Johnson, a white South African woman who adopted a black child with AIDS, then traveled the world with the child to raise awareness about his plight.

Hey Naomi, if you ever decide to take a break between the baby and the movie, clear off that couch - I'll be right over with a dozen Krispy Kremes.

Bjork in Britney's Corner

"Singer" Bjork feels Britney's pain. It is sharp and twisting, oh wait, that's the swan dress. She does say that she feels for Spears and her attempt at balancing a child, celebrity status and a musical career.

She says that it was hard for her, back when she was famous, and eventually led to her attack on a reporter that tried to approach her son. That's probably why Britney never takes her kid anywhere, for the safety of the reporters.

Bjork says that she was able to deal with it because she was able to move away, and that Spears doesn't have that option. What the hell does that mean? Of course she can move. She just won't.

The Donald Becomes The Grandpa

Donald Trump's first grandchild, Kai Madison Trump, was born to Donald Trump Jr. and his wife Vanessa on May 12th. The kid has hair. Lots of it. The poor thing came out looking like Gramps.

The family has noticed.

"The baby is really beautiful," says Trump Sr. "I've never seen such hair on a baby in my entire life... so I'm thrilled."

Added Vanessa, "Everyone who sees her is amazed by the hair. She had to have it shampooed right away!"

Nothing like hair and money to bring a family together. It's sweet.

I'm a big Gwen Stefani fan. Here's a picture of her carrying her adorable little boy, Kingston, at a party celebrating his first birthday. Look how cute he is! Look how pretty she looks! Look how she isn't passed out in the front seat of her car after partying all night! Even my 11-year old loves Gwen, and she usually won't touch any music I like with a ten-foot pole. As you can see, I can't think of anything bad to say about Gwen.

But then I turned around in my chair and I saw it. This eighty-dollar purse from Gwen's Harajuku Lovers line that we bought for my daughter for her birthday. And it's broken zipper. What's up with that, Gwen? This purse is only four months old, costs four times as much as my purse from Target, and the zipper broke! I guess I can't hold you personally responsible, since I'm sure you didn't sit at a sewing machine making all those purses by yourself. Although, you probably could! You're so talented. And beautiful!

See, I still can't think of anything bad to say about Gwen.

Heiress Casey Johnson Adopts A Real Live Baby.

Stop the madness.

Proving once again that adopting a baby is becoming easier than being approved for a Sears card, baby-oil heiress Casey Johnson has adopted a baby girl from Kazakhstan.

That's Johnson in the middle in the photo above, arriving for a Mommy & Me class with Paris and Nicky Hilton.

The 27-year-old heiress had previously expressed a desire to adopt a child from Cambodia as Angelina Jolie did, but was unable to because of new, tighter adoption laws that were passed just as Johnson had picked out a ~~purse~~ child she liked. Apparently Cambodia can't stand her, either.

Johnson plans to make sure her daughter is as screwed up as she is, as she revealed before the adoption when asked about her plans for baby. While denying that she would spoil her child, she insists that her house will need "at least six bedrooms because I need a room for my closet and shoes and handbags, and [my fiancé and I] both need an office. There needs to be a nanny's room, a baby's room, a master bedroom and a guest room."

For once, I'm speechless.

Jack White & Karen Elson Find Out Gender of #2

White Stripes (and Raconteurs) frontman Jack White and his wife, British model Karen Elson, who are expecting their second child, have learned that they are having a boy. They are "thrilled" and looking forward to adding to their family which currently consists of the couple and their baby daughter, Scarlett Teresa, who turned one in May, and is named for Jack's mother.

The family, who are very private, hence the crappy picture, lives in Nashville, Tennessee, of which White says, "You don't have to worry about being cool here. I had enough of that." I'm guessing he's still something of a "hip parent" regardless.

This just in, Nashville residents don't like being called "uncool" by rock stars.

Jennifer Garner & Daughter Violet: Which One is the Maddest?

Jen Garner's little girl Violet is about as cute as a button. She doesn't look very happy as her momma is playing hide the binky. Her momma doesn't look very happy as she is having her path blocked by some idiot with a camera. Here's the wild part- it's not Ben Affleck! Seems like she would be used to having idiots around.

I'm surprised their super-hearing didn't notice the footsteps as the paparazzi approached. Those things are for super-hearing, right?

Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Always on the Lookout for Potential Children, Do You Know Where Yours Are?

Angelina Jolie, on location in the Czech Republic, has been shopping at visiting a Catholic orphanage in Prague. Apparently she has found her pick of the litter and Brad Pitt flew in over the weekend to kick the tires meet the child.

According to a source interviewed by AOL, "She called Brad and said she had found a child who would fit in perfectly with the other kids.

"If everything goes smoothly, Angelina will have an Eastern European son to add to her brood."

Currently the family consists of son Maddox from Cambodia, Vietnamese son Pax Thien, Ethiopian daughter Zahara, and daughter Shiloh from Wombsville. Here's what I want to know, how the hell do they talk with all of these kids? They need more translators than the United Nations.

The couple is denying that a pending adoption is underway, which of course means "stay tuned" to FameCrawler for all of your Brangelina needs.

Neal McDonough, star of Flags of Our Fathers and Band of Brothers, and his wife, former South African model Ruvé Robertson, added to their unit on May 14th with the enlisting of a new recruit, daughter Catherine Maggie McDonough. Get it? He's famous for military stuff.

The couple already have a son, 18-month-old, Morgan. He has not provided an official comment. His father, however, tells PEOPLE. "I am truly blessed – Ruvé has given me yet another gorgeous, wonderful gift." Sounds like the guy gets it.

He can provide them all a gift as well, don't let the kids near co-star Lindsay Lohan at the premier of their new film I Know What Killed Me. She's a bad influence.

He Was In Her Purse This Whole Time! Britney Finally Brings Jayden James Out of Hiding.

The first pictures of Britney's youngest son, Jayden James, have been released. Brit and her elusive baby-Fed were snapped while vacationing in Hawaii.

The recently-rehabbed mother of two has kept her youngest son (with ex, Kevin Federline) under wraps since his birth, fueling speculation that she had misplaced him in her car, forgotten him at the hospital or accidentally allowed him to be adopted by Angelina and Brad.

But he seems to be fine, and a cute little bugger to boot. Britney's fans were relieved to see that her youngest son has managed to steer clear of his father's influences, since it has been feared that Jayden would emerge from hiding wearing a doo-rag, gold chains and begging strangers to come watch him perform.

Nice to meet you Jayden! Don't be a stranger!

Naomi Watts Is A Lucky Woman; Liev Schreiber Likes Dogs AND Kids.

Naomi Watts and her brooding boyfriend, actor Liev Schreiber are expecting their first child together in late July. Asked about impending fatherhood, Schreiber had this to say:

"I'm looking forward to it. I've always felt like, kids and dogs, I get."

Excellent, Liev. While it's great to be fond of both baby and beast, just make sure that when the time comes, you can tell them apart.

A hint: Only one of them will eventually stop pooping on the rug.

Bridget Moynahan's Baby Shower Didn't Have To Make Room For Daddy.

Bridget Moynahan, pregnant with the child of ex-tool Tom Brady, had her baby shower in L.A. on Saturday. New England Patriots quarterback Brady didn't make the traditional 'daddy appearance' at the end of the shower to eat cake or help the expectant mom carry gifts to the car since he was in New York for the weekend with girlfriend Gisele Bundchen. These Hollywood kids and their crazy relationships just kill me!

But the girl's still got her posse, and Moynahan's girlfriends, including Brooke Shields and Molly Sims rallied around the Sex and the City star to help her get ready for the impending birth. Sims gifted Moynahan with one of the popular Storyopolis Book Bushels and Shields was seen toting a bag from the chic L.A. baby boutique Petit Tresor. No sign of Jennifer Aniston bearing overpriced plushies.

No word on what role Brady will play in the baby's life, but when asked about becoming a father in a recent interview he made it clear he'd rather talk football. "I don’t want to talk about that much...I’m looking forward to seeing what this team’s all about and looking for a great year."

Got it Tom! Go Team! Bridget, better count on getting up for those 3am feedings on your own.
