Duchovny And Leoni Renew Vows After Sex Rehab

Good news for the Duchovny-Leoni family, after a long separation and near certain divorce, it looks like Tea and David have decided to renew their wedding vows or something like that.

The couple's kiddos Madeline, 10, and Kyd, 6, are not going to have to deal with the emotional fallout of shared custody after all. Apparently, David went all out to rekindle the spark with his estranged wife:

“He dropped to one knee, asked Tea to marry him again and vowed, ‘This time we’ll get it right.’ “

After his admission to rehab for sex addiction -- a disease that I'm still a little clueless about -- it seemed pretty much certain that between the embarrassment and infidelity rumors,the marriage was doomed. So, this is pretty much a complete 180 for the family.

Congratulations are in order to Tea and David, for re-upping on the old wedding vows! Hope it works out the second time around.

Levi Johnston's Mom Says Relations with Palins are Thawing

Levi Johnston's mother, Sherry Johnston, has a big drug trial starting next week. She faces charges of selling OxyContin. And in the meantime, she says that relations between the Johnstons and the Palins are beginning to improve.

"When Bristol came to pick up Tripp this week, she said if we want him more often, all I have to do is call. She said if I want to come to their house, I can come over and see him all the time," says the 42-year-old grandmother. "I am hopeful we'll be able to work together to raise Tripp."

Still, Sherry says she wants to see Tripp more often. "We only see him a few hours a week, but I did get to spend time with him this morning. It tears me apart. Every time I see him he's a different child. Before he wasn't rolling over, now he is. Now he's trying to crawl. I am missing him so much that it tears me up."

Course, Sherry may not see Tripp much longer, depending on how the trial goes next week. She has a number of felony charges filed against her. In her defense, she says she's innocent and got hooked on OxyContin 8 years ago after a hysterectomy. That led to 7 more surgeries.

Hell, I'd probably get hooked on painkillers, too, if that were me. Still, that doesn't explain SELLING the drugs.

Gossip Girl actress, Kelly Rutherford, and her husband and going their separate ways and it's definitely not an amicable split. There has been a lot of back and forth between the two and the accusations are flying.

Daniel Giersch is mad because he feels his kids aren't going to have a stable upbringing while their mom is in New York working on the set of Gossip Girl. He claims that she has a temper and that she threw her laptop at him and tried to hit him with her fist.

The court papers he filed go into more detail about his feelings on the situation: Often times the TV show calls pressuring [her] to leave the hotels, asking her where she is, telling her that she is late and asking her to get into the van [which takes her to the set immediately]. Usually [her] stress causes Hermes to start crying which then causes [her] to be frustrated toward him. I do not believe this is a healthy lifestyle for him."

"(Rutherford) has insisted to sign a new ongoing contract for her television show when, in fact, it would be in our children's best interest if they are able to grow and thrive in a stable home in Los Angeles, rather than a hotel in New York with their mother absent."

That's his side of the story. She on the other hand is claiming that she fears for her sons safety.

She filed emergency papers barring Daniel from leaving the country with her son Hermes. She fears he will leave the country and won't know where they are nor will she be able to find them.

She also told of his admission that there is an investigation in Germany, his home, that could end in an arrest for him.

In reading the court papers and the statements, I'm almost inclined to believe him more than her, even with the case pending in Germany. It might be because it sounds like she just wants to win and he actually wants to take care of the kids.

Lost's Naveen Andrews Wins Sole Custody of Son

Lost star and object of many a woman's affections, Naveen Andrews has won sole custody of his 3-year-old son, Naveen Joshua. Previously, Naveen had joint custody with the boy's mother, Elena Eustache. But when she took Naveen Jr. out of the country without permission, Sayid took it to court. And won yesterday.

Naveen says that Elena also kept his son away from him. But he's not the only one making claims. Elena says that Naveen's girlfriend, Barbara Hershey - 21 years older than Naveen - practices witchcraft. On top of that, Barbara and Naveen allegedly poisoned the 3-year-old. Needless to say, Naveen's legal team has requested that Elena go see some shrinks. Geez, can we crank up the drama just a few more notches, please?

So for now, with another hearing next month, Naveen is the sole legal and physical custodian for his son. And naturally, that means he can take Naveen Joshua to Hawaii for the filming of "Lost."

And holy crap, can you STAND the wait for the season premiere of "Lost"?! It's coming!

Poor, poor Balthazar Getty, he's had a rough year.

He separated from his wife, had a steamy, very public affair with Sienna Miller. He split from Sienna and got back with his wife, only to be seen with Sienna shortly there after. To top it all off, he ended his year by getting fired from his Brothers and Sisters gig.

I guess that is what happens when you are so filthy rich that you just work for something to do with your time. Maybe he should have given his time to a worthwhile cause, like charity or is that what he classified Sienna as.

Good thing he has all that money to fall back on.

Balthazar and his wife Rosetta are on the mend. Rosetta is his wife of eight years and the mother of his four children and she's taking him back.

Balthazar, as we all know, was involved in a highly publicized affair with Sienna Miller over the summer. He may have realized that the grass is always greener over the septic tank because he told her it was over and went back to his wife.

The couple is in counseling and trying to keep it together for the kids. Now, if he can keep it is his pants, they may have a real shot at success.

Sharon Stone Wanted To Botox Her 8 Year Old

It was reported that Sharon Stone lost custody of her oldest son Roan - however, the 51-year-old actress did not. She and her ex-husband Phil Bronsten still share "joint legal and physical custody" of their son. The hearing was requested by Sharon to have Roan change schools, to attend one closer to where she lives. That request was denied by the judge. The court said that could change if Sharon "can provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure and consistent home for the child." I'm guessing that would include NOT giving your child Botox....

The court has released a document called a "Tentative Statement of Decision," which describes a bitter, ongoing battle between Sharon and her ex, concerning their son Roan.

According to the document Stone is an alarmist parent, who "appears to overreact to many medical issues involviing Roan." One example shows that Sharon believed that her son had a spinal condition but, "there was no evidence to support this allegation."

Another example, "of an overreaction is that Mother suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with a foot odor. As Father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child."

Seriously, she wanted her kid to have Botox? Sure, it's not the same as sticking it in your face for cosmetic reasons, but still, weird to suggest your 8-year-old should have it.

The judge noted the differences between Bronstein and Stone, saying, "Father has championed for Roan's well-being out of, what appears to this Court, nothing less than the unconditional love for his son. Unfortunately, and for unexplained reasons, it appears that Mother did not involve herself to the extent she could or should have in this process....Mother has attempted to put up roadblocks to Roan's getting help, or has decided against participating in his care.

"Unfortunately, the problem caused by Mother's overreactions is painfully real for this child."

As well, Sharon said that she's put her career on hold for her son, but the court disagrees. The judge said, "If Mother has, in fact, limited her careet to make herself available for Roan, she has done little to make this evident to Roan, his school or this Court."

Yikes, Sharon Stone sounds a bit looney (well she did make those comments about the Chinese people). Her spokesperson did not return any calls made by TMZ.

James Bond actor punched his pregnant wife? Wow - that's a pretty serious allegation.

James Bond actor George Lazenby, 68, is in the middle of a nasty divorce battle - he and his current wife, tennis champ Pam Shriver are fighting for custody of their three young kids. Now in the midst of his current mess, Lazenby's ex-wife Christina Master has filed papers, claiming that when she and Lazenby were married, he was a drunk and that he physically abused her (and their daughter Melanie), and even hit her while she was pregnant.

Master alleges that the former 007 star punched her in the face when she was five months pregnant and broke her nose and this was also when their son, Zack, was dying of cancer.

She finally left Lazenby in 1994 and would have done so sooner but she claims he threatened to kill her when she asked for a divorce, so she stayed out of fear for her life and that of her children.

Their grown daughter, Melanie, 34, claims that her dad, "tormented me, humilated me, hurt me physcially, scarred me emotionally." She says that one time her father shoved her head in a toilet and pointed a gun at her after she missed coming home on time.

Lazenby has denied all allegations, saying that they are "contrived, unfounded and without merit."

He added through his rep, "I wish Christina would show me a medical report, x-ray and pictures that show I broke her nose. I never punched her in my life."

He denies the claims made by his daughter as well, saying he was sorry, "that he ignored Melanie from the time she was 12 years old" while he cared for his dying son, and says that he "did not have one drink" while he looked after Zack.

Lazenby's son with his ex-wife, was sick with cancer at 11-years-old and passed away at age 19 in 1994.

He adds, "Melanie is always seeking revenge for that mistake. I never thought a family member would kick me when I was down.

George's wife Pam Shriver has filed court papers claiming that he is an abusive drunk who at times, tried to give their young children alcohol and that he threatened to kill her.

Lazenby says that his wife was hooked on prescription painkillers, sleeping pills and booze and often drove their children while in a "stupor." Shriver has of course denied the allegations. George claims that his current wife purposely contacted his ex-wife and daughter during this year's French Open as she "was preparing secretly for a divorce."

Lazenby said that his wife is using his family against him "but it is not working." He also wondered if his daughter was "on her medication for her bipolar disorder when she met with Pam."

Good Lord - quite a case of she said, he said, and she said. I feel sorry for George and Pam's kids - George Jr, 4, and twins, Kaitlin and Samuel, 3. They're the real victims here.

Sienna Miller is in the news again.

This time it's not about Rhys Ifans and his tears, she's in the news for carrying on with a married man, Balthazar Getty.

Sienna Miller was out shopping yesterday after the story broke about her and Balthazar Getty. I guess shopping cures what ails you, if that's true I wonder if Balthazar's wife is shopping too? Is the rumor true? Balthazar has fled the country, as his family did a few days ago so I guess we won't find out from that end. If the rumor is true, has she no shame? Only Sienna, Balthazar, his wife and four kids know the truth.

I guess only time will tell.

Fiddy's baby mama is hoppin' mad, and rightly so. She and her son were inside the home that burned early this morning - the house that her ex purchased. She's laying down some pretty harsh claims! Shaniqua Tompkins is claiming that 50 tried to kill her!

Shaniqua went off on a rant (legit or not, not sure) earlier after returning to the home that she and her son, Marquise resided in and she's on video saying that 50 Cent is obsessed with her and that he had someone try to kill her. Wow!

From TMZ:

The lawyer for 50 Cent's baby mama, Shaniqua Tompkins, tells TMZ that she heard "someone" come into the house this morning at 4 AM, shortly before the fire broke out around a hour later.

Paul Catsandonis, Shaniqua's lawyer, tells us that his client is "traumatized" by the fire and that the kids are similarly in total shock. Six people, including Tompkins and their 10-year-old son Marquise, were in the house. They all were transported to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.

She alleges that Fiddy hasn't as of yet, called to see how his son is doing. Hey, I don't know whether or not Shaniqua's claims are real but the fact that 50 didn't even check on his son, is pretty low!

Fiddy's House Up In Flames - Suspicious!

Remember rapper 50 Cent aka Fiddy aka Curtis Jackson purchased a home for his baby mama (they're not together now) and his 10-year-old son? It was a $1.4 million pad which was supposed to be a place for his ex and his child to live comfortably, then the singer wanted to evict them (nice) and demanded that she pay $4,500 in rent. Well now, that little issue went up in smoke - literally. The house went up in flames - Shaniqua and Marquise were in the home at the time - and it's looking very, very suspicious!

From TMZ:

The fire broke out at the six bedroom, five bath house in Dix Hills, NY around 5:00 AM. Six people, including the rapper's ex Shaniqua Tompkins and their 10-year-old son Marquise, were in the house. They were all transported to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.

The Chief of the Dix Hills Fire Department tells TMZ that dogs are currently searching the burned out rubble, as the intensity of the fire made it highly suspect. The Chief says they're searching for what substance could have possibly been used as an igniter.

The house has been the subject of a bitter dispute between Fiddy, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, and Tompkins. The rapper reportedly bought the home -- one of the biggest cribs in the area -- for a cool $1.4 mil in January 2007. Last month he tried to evict Tompkins and Marquis from the house, demanding she pay him $4,500 a month in rent.

And while all that is super interesting, what's even more interesting, is her vacant, blank look. Was she just tired from planning Suri's party or is her marriage really taking a toll?

Katie used to be so young and pretty - well she's still young and still pretty, but she looks different - weary. I can only imagine living with Tom Cruise and the pressure to be a viewed as a perfect wife must be exhausting. Plus all that Xenu, the aliens are coming BS - now that must really be tiring.

Katie is leaving! And Tom taking Suri! Lies - according to Tom Cruise.

Reports of Katie Holmes leaving her husband Tom Cruise, and he in turn threatening to take their daughter Suri, are untrue. While the couple have been busy planning Suri's birthday party, they've also been busy doing damage control.

According to Star & In Touch, Holmes was a prisoner in her own home, her health was suffering and her life was falling apart because Tom is so controlling.

Cruise's mouthpiece denied that there was anything wrong in the life of TomKat and said there was no truth to Holmes being "crushed" by the marriage. Star alleged that Katie was planning to take Suri and head to New York to escape Tom.

A rep for Cruise said, "They are happily together. This is completely false and irresponsible reporting." This could one of those denials before the confirmation kinda thing. Time will tell.

Rapper 50 Cent is being sued!

The 32-year old rapper is being sued by ex girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins because she claims that Fiddy is trying to evict her and their 10-year old son, Marquise, from their Long Island home.

Court papers filed in Manhattan, accuse 50 of breach of contract. Shaniqua's lawyer says that 50 Cent broke a promise to buy a house for her. He was supposed to put the house in her name but when the closing came around, he put the house in his name only.

Tompkin's receives child support from the singer, who's real name is Curtis Jackson. 50's lawyer has not made a public statement.

Hopefully the ex's can work this out for the sake of their son. I'm quite certain Fiddy can afford to give them the house!

This, I think, is the very definition of match-made-in-heaven: Britney Spears and South Park.

A description of the episode, which airs this Wednesday: Britney Spears is trying to get away from it all in the mountains near South Park, Colorado when the boys have a run-in with her. Stan and Kyle get caught up in Britney's celebrity and the never-ending feeding frenzy that follows her wherever she goes.

No word on whether K-Fed will make an appearance, nor whether there'll be any gags about car seats and custody battles and drug-pushing managers, but still: AWESOME.

Are Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake touring? Together?

According to the National Enquirer, a source told them that Brit's dad Jamie Spears wanted JT to join his daughter on tour. He felt it would help her career. Ah, I hate to break the news to daddy Spears, but Britney doesn't have much of a career right now. Trying on clothes in her bedroom doesn't count.

Reportedly Justin turned down the offer claiming he was exhausted from doing an 18-month tour which ended in December 2007. JT had no plans to tour for 2008. Plus, um, does anyone think Britney is ready to start touring again? I don't think her mental state could handle it. She can't even properly look after her kids!

And seriously, I highly doubt Justin Timberlake wants to get all cosy with Britney - been there, done that.

So. That stalker who's been plaguing Britney Spears? Apparently, it's some crazed fan who's been sending sex toys and dirty letters.

According to OK! magazine, a source has stated that:

The unidentified fan has repeatedly sent disturbing packages to Spears at a Los Angeles home, albeit not one owned by the "Toxic" singer.

"It started about six weeks ago with just letters being sent once a week," the source said. "And then it quickly escalated to larger packages that now arrive two to three times a week -- always to the same LA address, but never to one of Britney's homes."

According to the source, the packages are filled with a battery-operated sex toy and sexually explicit notes detailing the fan's obsessive fantasies regarding the pop singer.

Eww. Just, eww. And, poor Britney. Girl can't catch a break. No sooner than she dumps the creepy, famewhorish paparazzo boyfriend, she starts getting disturbing sex-mail from some obsessed freak.

Hey, wait a minute... has anyone checked Adnan Ghalib's credit card records or mail order receipts?

As if her life weren't complicated enough: Britney Spears is, apparently, being stalked, and it's serious enough that the FBI and LAPD have gotten involved.

According to Hollyscoop.com:

Brit's been getting some disturbing letters and packages from an alleged stalker.

She's been getting letters detailing how to make bombs and another one that contained "threatening language and weird gibberish." All the letters have been handed over to the FBI, who refuses to publicly comment on the case.

LAPD spokesperson Ana Aguirre confirmed, "We have been looking at allegations that have cropped up in the past couple of months."

Little Sean Preston Having Nightmares

Britney Spears has been allowed to visit her two young sons, Sean Preston, two and a half, and Jayden James, 18-months and apparently the visits have been going reasonably well. However, it's been an emotional time for all involved and little Sean has been having nightmares.

The tot has been sleeping in his dad, Kevin Federline's room because he's been having trouble sleeping and waking up after having bad dreams. Also, it's been reported that when Britney picked the kids up for their latest visit, Sean cried for his dad, but Kevin soon calmed him down and reassured him.

An insider said, "Jamie [Brit's dad] told Kevin that Britney handled the visit well. She actually did cry, but that was only because Sean cried when she took them from Kevin."

The source continued, "Britney always sings to them. She loves lullabies. In fact, before the split, both Britney and Kevin sang to the boys every night."

Britney's visits with her boys, also involve a psychologist and/or her dad Jamie - to help the boys with their confusion over the way things have been lately.

“Jamie plays with them and keeps them busy. They enjoy their grandfather, so it makes the time easier,” says the source. Brit has to learn how to handle the boys, she often treats them like dolls. "She dresses them for show and tell. She likes to show them off, but not give them the nurturing they need. I understand she is working on this part of her motherhood with her psychiatrist."

Another source claims that the boys are playing a huge role in Britney's progress. "Brit has expressed interest in becoming closer to the boys. Kevin hopes she is talking from her heart."

Spears may also be able to get up to three visits with Sean and Jayden per week now that she's got Stacy Phillips as her new attorney. "The No. 1 goal is for Britney to regain routine visitation with the kids progressing to a mutally agreed upon custody arrangment between Kevin and Britney and averting a custody trial."

I truly hope that Britney gets her act together for good - those boys are a gift and they deserve to have both parents, full time in their lives.

The Hoff, who is going through a nasty divorce and custody battle with ex-wife Pamela Bach, recently got a judge's approval to retrieve some bizarre items from the family home. We all knew Hasselhoff was a creep, now we know he also has incredibly bad taste. His belongings include:

- Elephant foot and two elephant stools (chick magnets)

Age Progression Artists have simulated photos of Brit at age 36 and age 46 and she's looking hot. By hot, I mean hot mess. We obviously don't know exactly how the fallen popstar will look in 10 or 20 years BUT based on her poor eating habits, hard partying, frequent trips to Starbucks, smoking and drinking, it's not a far stretch.

Britney shopped and then dined out with Daddy Spears over the weekend and as usual, she had a style all her own. I'm not sure if it's actually a dead cat she's wearing, but it certainly matches her dead rat weave. Oh snap.

Another "as usual," it was a media circus, paps all swarming to get the perfect shot of Britney's, ah, something. Spears was decked out in cheap, gawdy satin and that black furry thing I'm assuming was some sort of jacket and what looks like a big ol' wad of gum in her open mouth. Class just oozes from her.

Britney Spears has visited with her boys, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 17-months, earlier today!

According to People, the two tots left their dad, Kevin Federline's home Saturday morning and were put in their car seats and were then driven by Federline's bodyguard to Brit's Studio City home. This marks the first time Spears has seen her kids since January 3. Oh damn, I feel a little pang of happiness for her. Okay, Brit don't mess it up!

An insider said: "The real hero was [Spears' father] Jamie. He has taken charge, and she has visitation again." Daddy Spears to the rescue!
