Teri Hatcher held up a copy of Dr. Seuss' classic How the Grinch Stole Christmas. The obvious joke here is to compare Teri and the Grinch, but despite the obvious physical similarities I'm going to take the high road. You see, my heart just grew roughly two sizes and I'm really not feeling mean right now.

Besides, despite her being on "Desperate Housewives" she's actually done some good television. Who can forget her stint as Lois Lane on TV's "Superman" (Dean Cain version)? Then there is my favorite, her role as Nina on "Just Shoot Me." She was great.

Emerson knows what I'm talking about.

Not Desperate: Nicollete Sheridan Pregnant

Maybe. That's the word on the street, that being Wisteria Lane. Says a source, "She's absolutely glowing and her pregnancy is the buzz of the set." Sure it is, they don't have any scripts to read, they've got to talk about something.

The father in this scenerio is deperate fiancé Mr. Michael Bolton. Now we know what he's been up to.

Teri Hatcher is looking absolutely fabulous in her costume as a queen. A draq queen.

She and her daughter rocked the Wonderland theme, dressing as the Queen of Hearts and Alice, respectively. I think Teri has plans to eat the white rabbit. He picked a bad day to be on time.

The New Face of Desperate: Denise Richards

Now that Teri Hatcher is getting it on with Stephen Kay, and maybe even eating a little sausage, we nominate Denise Richards to take her place as the poster celebrity mom for crazy, skinny, sadly desperate famewhores.

Calling the paparazzi every single time she walks outdoor the door with her kid (today's "media" event: carrying a cute Wiggles backpack $14.99) is annoying and a little sad. "Keeping up appearances" for three months, to make it seem like you're still dating, (yes, Denise did this after Richie Sambora broke up with her!) is des-per-ate. Also, very like something Teri Hatcher would have done just recently. Remember those hilarious days after the Ryan Seacrest "affair"? Denise can still learn a thing or two from Teri, but you can smell the crazy from here.

BTW, wassup with Sam? She is the most pissed off looking little girl in the world.
