So much for promising to love, honor and cherish over again. Slimeball Balthazar Getty is still sleeping with Sienna Miller.

The Sun reports:

Sources said before leaving the hotel, Sienna appeared nervous and upset — and was arguing on her mobile.

One said: “She looked ragged. Her hair was a mess and she was chain-smoking.

“She was arguing on the phone, talking about her and Balthazar being caught together in Italy.”

Another source added: “Rosetta has a lot of friends in Hollywood. People are turning their backs on Sienna because of this.”

The pair had already been spotted snogging outside a Malibu grocery store on Sunday.

Uh huh. I'm SOOOO not surprised. The two of them are selfish, and obviously stupid enough to get caught. He needs to get real and end his marriage instead of being a slimy jerk.

An aside: I love the British tabloids with their 'snogging' and 'shagging.' Too cute.

Balthazar Getty and Wife Rosetta Want to Work Things Out for the Sake of Their Children

Sienna Miller has been left devastated after billionaire boyfriend Balthazay Getty has decided to go back to his wife Rosetta, and their four children: Cassius (8), Grace (7), Violet (4), and 10 month-old June.

What did she expect from dating a married man anyway?

Miller is now seeking solace at the home of her father Ed, a retired American banker who now lives in a sprawling mansion in the Virgin Islands.

Meanwhile, the billionaire was spotted going into his family home in Los Angeles home on the weekend, and said: 'I can’t comment. When I’m ready, I’ll issue a statement. It’s because of the children.'

He previously said he was officially splitting from his wife, but for whatever reason, his tune has changed. Whatever happens, I hope the children are protected from anything hurtful.

After being photographed kissing Sienna Miller in Italy, Balthazar Getty has released a statement regarding his marriage:

"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," he said in a statement released Monday. "In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."

A friend told People recently that Getty's wife is humiliated by the public affair. "It's humiliating," a friend said. "Rosetta left the country to protect the kids, and he continues to see Sienna publicly."

In the name of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, I hope to hell this doesn't go any further publicly for the sake of those 4 kids.

It's none other than Sienna Miller, who was formerly engaged to Jude Law. Now she's vacationing in Italy with a new boy toy: Balthazar Getty.

Getty is a married father of four. He even has a tattoo of his wife's name, Rosetta, over his heart.

An insider said: “They were all over each other for the whole afternoon.

“They had no qualms about showing the world they were together There was lots of kissing and cuddling.”

If you're keeping track, Miller broke it off with Jude Law to take up a relationship with Matthew Rhys. Rhys introduced Miller to Getty.
