Beatrice McCartney is following in her famous Daddy's (bare) footsteps and putting the sweet sounds of her voice to wax (or whatever the kids are using these days).

Five-year-old Beatrice will be singing on the soundtrack for Shrek 4. The song is actually Paul's, but seeing as the Shrek franchise is Bea's favorite she'll be singing harmonies on the track.

How cool is that?

It pays to have a living legend for a parent (and of course a terrible hag, too).

With the first wedding anniversary of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes approaching, the question on everyone's mind is, "What will Tom buy Katie?" I know I've been losing sleep over it, and this right after I'd finally found peace of mind over the fact that Paul and Heather will not be reconciling.

Cruise was being honored on Tuesday night at the Museum of the Moving Image at its annual black-tie salute and was asked what he and Holmes would be doing to celebrate their one year anniversary. "I've got some things in store," he answered. When asked if he had secret plans for his wife he answered, "Absolutely!"

So what does a slightly maniacal mega-superstar gazzillionaire give his marathon-running, maybe-held-against-her-will wife for their paper anniversary? I've got ideas!

But you can call her one, if you want. She might get mad. She might even threaten to sue. But she won't go through with it. Not, you know, because there's any truth in it or anything. She'll just forget.

She's got a lot on her plate, you know. Being crazy and all, that takes up a lot of one's time. So some stuff just slides, like denying ever having been a prostitute. And just 'cause she doesn't deny it, doesn't mean that it's true or anything. Hell no. She might have shown a boob or two in her time, but it's a far cry from clothing-optional "glamour modelling" to selling one's body. Just ask Kerry Katona.

Paul McCartney, being a cool guy, is considering the idea of taking the incredibly terrible Heather Mills on a family holiday with him this summer. Normally I would scream at Paul to stop the insanity and run, devil, run. Hell, he could probably just walk and still get away from her cleanly. This time, however, I'm have to admit, it's the right thing to do. The reason I'm supporting his idea (of course he cares what I think) is because he's doing it for the only reason, their daughter, Beatrice. What better reason do you need than a 3-year-old?

I hope ~~Yoko~~ Mills appreciates it.

Race Confusion: Stella McCartney Pregnant Again, Already

I'm confused. I know Stella McCartney is English. In a way you could probably consider her dad, Paul McCartney to be at least ethnically Scottish. Her mom, photographer and vegetarian hero Linda McCartney was American. Now Stella and, presumably, her husband Alasdhair Willis are expecting their third child together just seven months after the last one was born. And we all know that makes those two youngest children Irish twins. (The picture is from last time, but totally still counts because it's, you know, only a few months old.)

Whoever her people are, I love Stella. She and I are in complete agreement that her can't-be-ex-soon-enough-stepmother Heather Mills is a filthy whore. And that makes her my people. Maybe I should throw her a baby shower. Oh, wait, she probably still has a lot of stuff from the last time...which is...now. Hmmm. Maybe just a gift card.
