Queen Beatrix and Family - Survive Accident Scare

Queen Beatrix of Holland might be re-thinking the, out with the public thing she likes to do.

While she was out and about with her family: sons, daughters and grandchildren, a man intentionally plowed through the spectators, killing 4 and injuring others.

The car ended up a few meters away from the Queen. How scary and horrifying for everyone involved?

I'm sure it was a fluke and a once in a life time thing, but still, I think the security detail might be a little hesitant to let the Queen and her family out in public.

Oh my, she is just adorable. Princess Maxima and her daughters welcomed St Nicholas Paje in a parade in the Netherlands.

This looks like a happy family outing. Are those actually snoods that the girls are wearing? They are cutie patooties.
