Like this should surprise anybody: Britney Spears is reported to have been drunk-dialling K-Fed for hook-ups. And she's even borrowed Paris Hilton's phone to do it.

That's really scraping rock-bottom, isn't it? Drunk-dialling your ex from Paris Hilton's phone? What's worse, he's said to have blown her off. Burn.

"She begged him to come out with her," a source told Page Six. "But Kevin reminded her that one of them needed to be a parent and take care of the boys. Then she hung up on him. Kevin said she'd been drinking."

Then, I imagine, she went to the ladies room to puke, while Paris held her weave back for her and texted Page Six. It'd be funny if it weren't - like every Britney story that hits the interwebs - so freaking sad.

Britney Spears To Judge: DCFS Investigations Could Harm Safety Of Sean Preston & Jayden James

There are court documents that have surfaced in the ongoing custody dispute between Britney Spears and ex husband, Kevin Federline. Spears did not want DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) to have access to the information pertaining to the case. Hmm, something to hide perhaps? DCFS wanted more court papers concerning Spears' child custody dealings with K'Fed because they are investigating complaints of bad parenting against Brit, however, she didn't want that to happen. Spears cited concerns for the safety of her toddlers, and so, she contested DCFS request, telling the judge, L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon:

"When I travel with Preston and Jayden. I also try to keep the children's travel and transportation plans as confidential as possible in order to minimize the chances that unscrupulous journalists will gain unwelcome access to me and the boys."

"Such information greatly increases the chances that the actions of the media could threaten the safety of the children by, for example, causing a traffic accident or by exposing them to criminals who might target them for financial gain."

EXCUSE ME? She often drags those boys around to unnecessary trips to Starbucks or wherever else her frazzled brain tells her to go, and runs red lights with them in the car and she's concerned about the paparazzi and traffic accidents? PLEASE. I must be mistaken, but I was sure Britney Spears often asks the PAPARAZZI to escort her to her car or WASH HER WINDOWS or PUMP HER GAS. Gah.

A lawyer for DCFS, told the court, that the agency has to investigate any tips or claims about Britney's alleged bad parenting.

"Based upon its investigation to date, it should be noted that DCFS has concerns of its own regarding the safety and welfare of the children if the children are left in the mother's care."

The court documents however, have been heavily blanked out because of concerns for the safety of the children, do not reveal how Gordon ruled on the issue.

DCFS has requested to Commissioner Gordon that until their investigation is done, "the father maintain custody, that the mother's visitation remain monitored, and that the mother continue to drug test, attend counseling and parenting classes, and that the mother undergo and evaluation." Ya think?

Cover Girl Britney Spears?

Look at her! Who wouldn't want to put Britney Spears on their magazine cover? Spears was reportedly close to signing a cover contract with Rolling Stone Magazine. However, Brit called off talks when editor and publisher, Jann Wenner wouldn't promise her the Rolling Stones cover and could wind up on US Weekly instead. Apparently the same thing happened to Nick Lachey last year and he was furious. Hey Nick, any cover you get should be good enough. Same for you Britster.

A source said, "It was going to be a good platform for her music to be taken seriously because it had been so long. But she refused to get screwed by Wenner, they kept negotiating, and it got nasty." Britney take her music seriously? Ha. That hasn't happened since what, 2003?

Spears has contacted Blender Magazine and is hammering out a cover deal with them. Reps for Rolling Stone Mag said they were "exploring a cover", however they never had a discussion about any kind of contract. They really should reconsider. I mean, gosh, I can't take my eyes off of that photo of Brit! She's so glamorous.

Sam Lutfi, Britney Spears' 'Friend', Subpoenaed By Kevin Federline's Attorney

Britney's hanger-on, Sam Lutfi, has been subpoenaed by Kevin Federline's lawyer. He will be questioned in January concerning the Spears/Federline custody case. A source said about Lutfi, "There is nothing to hide." Oh really?

Sam was served earlier this month for a deposition but didn't show for Friday, so it was rescheduled for January. Mark Vincent Kaplan, K'Fed's attorney, said he will seek a court order to ensure Sam shows for the session in the new year. Lufti was served a few months ago but that, apparently didn't go well.

Kaplan said of the November 7 service, "My process server asked if he was Sam Lutfi, he said yes. The subpoena was handed to him, but he wouldn't take it. So it was dropped, literally on him. But if someone refuses to take it in their hand and you drop it at their feet, they are served." Score one for camp Federline.

Kaplan has also issued a statement denying reports that Kevin is seeking more child support. "Every two months, rumors have been raised in the media that Mr. Federline's lawyers are about to go into court to get more money for child support. Persistant questions are again being raised now in the press about the timing of when that will happen. As I've said, I know where to find the courthouse and what to do when I get there. If Mr. Federline had wanted to increase child support, it would be very easy to achieve and would have been requested long before now. There has not been and is not now a request before the court for a modification of child support. Mr. Federline's purpose in bringing this action continues to be one of to be one that is based upon the best interest of the childrens as his highest priority."

There you have it. Can't wait for January and what craziness that will bring.

Happy 26th Birthday Britney Spears!

Gimme some cake ya'll, it's the Britster's 26th Birthday. Who knew that this day back in 1981 would produce one of the best ~~trainwrecks~~ popstars ever?

Britney has had a busy year: divorce issues, custody battles, forgetting to wear panties out in public, shooting videos, numerous Starbucks trips, giving thanks with curse words, in and out of rehab, running red lights and bad driving in general, possibly adopting twins and planning her funeral. Oh and she may be pregnant. The list goes on but I'm tired.

Hopefully Ms. Spears will have just as much fun being 26 as she did being 25! Now blow...out your candles.

Hannah Montana 'Nice' And Britney Spears 'Naughty'

According to E-Poll Market Research, after conducting a nationwide survery among 1,107 kids, ranging in age from 2-17, wanted to know who they thought would make Santa's list of "naughty" or "nice."

Kids, in their own words said:

Topping Santa's "Nice List:" Hannah Montana was overwhelmingly thought of as the "nicest" celeb among kids between the ages of 2-12. Teenagers between 13-17, thought actress and star of Beowulf, Angelina Jolie was the "nicest" celebrity in 2007.

Oh and guess who topped the "naughty" list? Britney Spears. Now that's a surprise. Both younger and older children ranked her top, followed by Paris Hilton. And, just to put icing on the cake, Britney and Paris beat out Swiper the Fox from Dora the Explorer! They also beat out the Grinch and Darth Vader. The force certainly isn't with Spears and Hilton now is it? Lindsay Lohan and Beyonce also made the "naughty" list (but Britney and Paris beat them too, ha).

Hannah Montana (played by Miley Cyrus) is top for "Barbie" dolls that kids want for the holiday season.
