Why on earth does Adnan Ghalib think he is still dating Britney? Did he not get the memo that she got a restraining order against him and that her daddy will not allow him anywhere near her?

Adnan told Heat magazine, "I still love Britney. I'm her boyfriend. Britney has a beautiful soul. We share something really special. The truth about us will come out eventually, but it's not for me to talk about. I love her."

I'm sure she has a beautiful soul, but I think he may be a little more attracted to her bank account than to Britney.

Eeew, a stalker from a far, poor Britney she doesn't need anything else disrupting her life before she goes on tour.

Stay away Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lutfi, you've already caused enough problems. Leave Britney and her boys alone, they are trying o get on with their lives and they don't need you around.

Shauna Sand has a temporary restraining order against her husband Romain Chavent, claiming that he beat her- in front of her daughters no less.

Sand says that Chavent hit her in her stomach, threw her against a wall and punched her in her newly reconstructed breasts.

All of this is awful, obviously, but there's more. Sand also claims that Chavent "threatened to sell nude photos of my children that he took of them when he was babysitting."

WTF? Why the hell is the restraining order temporary?

It's Over For Shaquille O'Neal?

Shaquille O'Neal claims he's going to play out the remainder of his contract and then, hang up his hat, er, ball - you know what I mean.

Shaq said, "My basketball career will be over in 735 days, and being an educated man, I've always had things to fall back on. So one of my options is law enforcement. But if Jerry Demings is going to be the sheriff I would love to work for him."

So will the Phoenix Suns player make a good cop? He's got that little stalking allegation hanging over his head right now (I know, innocent until proven guilty), so he'll have to have that cleared up first (his accuser sounds like she's got issues too, not all innocent herself). The guy is obviously a multi-millionaire, why not just sit back and enjoy your fortune with your young family? Be a stay-at-home-dad to those four kids, that sounds like fun!

I don't follow basketball at all (I know there's a ball, dribbling, passing and a net involved), so I have no idea if sports fans will be happy that Shaq is leaving or sad? I've heard rumblings that people are not happy that he's staying on for the remainder. What's the scoop?

Is basketball star, Shaquille O'Neal becoming the next Kobe Bryant? With a restraining order slapped against him, for alleged harassment and threatening bodily harm - by Alexis Miller, an Atlanta hip hop artist, who reportedly had an affair with O'Neal - it's as if the Phoenix Suns player is trading places with Kobe Bryant. Bryant had his own sexual harassment/assault issues, starting back in 2003.

Kobe was accused and arrested for sexually assaulting a 19-year-old hotel employee - Katelyn Faber. Faber accused Bryant of raping her in his hotel room the night before he was to have knee surgery. Bryant admitted to a sexual encounter with the teenager but denied the rape accusation.

Although the case was dropped in 2004 by prosecutors after Faber refused to testify at trial, the allegations had tarnished his reputation and career. His numerous endorsements were terminated. Sales figures from NBA merchandisers dropped from previous figures.

Kobe was quoted as saying during the investigation, "he should have done what Shaq does.... that Shaq would pay his women not to say anything and that O'Neal already had paid up to $1 million 'for situations like this.'" This caused friction and controversy between the two as they were teammates at the time.

Bryant agreed to apologize to Faber after the case was dropped and after a civil lawsuit was filed by Faber, it was settled and the details not made public. But after that, things started to look up - his endorsement deals resumed and now over the last few months, his career has been on the up. He won the 2007-08 regular season MVP and helped his teams advance to the NBA finals. He also received a gold medal with "Redeem Team" USA.

Oh and his public relations peeps made sure ABC/ESPN caught shots of him hugging his little girl - it was seen around the world. That'll melt the hearts of the public and forget all of that other 'stuff.'

Now it's as if the tables have turned - Kobe is well on his way back 'up,' and Shaq is well on his way 'down.'

With the restraining order against him [O'Neal], not to mention his, uh, often misunderstood style of rap and problems in his marriage, will his career suffer? And what about his wife? Just one week before the stalking allegations, Shaq's wife , Shaunie, made a statement that the couple were working things out. She might change her mind now. And this must be hard on the children - the couple have four children together - Shareef, Amirah, Shaqir and Me'arah, from ages 8 to 2 - and each have a child from a previous relationship - Shaunie has a son Myles, 11, and O'Neal has a 12-year-old daughter, Taahirah.

Hopefully the allegations aren't true - but let's not hold our breath.

Shaquille O'Neal's Accuser Alexis Miller Accused Of Stalking!

There might be something fishy going on here. Shaquille O'Neal's accuser Alexis Miller filed a restraining order against the Phoenix Suns star for threats and heavy breathing phone calls, among other things. She alleges she is afraid for herself and her young son. However, Ms. Miller, who also goes by her rap name, MaryJane, might not be so innocent herself....

TMZ uncovered court papers filed last year by a chick named Lakisha Renae Hall. A judge ordered Miller to stay 500 yards away from Hall and to have zero contact with her.

As well, O'Neal isn't the only guy to get on Miller's war path. In October of '07, Alexis "MaryJane" Miller tried to get a restraining order against Jonathan Stubbs for, get this - stalking her. She claims he pulled a gun, shot it once and yelled, "Who were you with?"

The order was dropped because Ms. Miller didn't follow through. Hmm, something smells bad here.

It gets better and better....we'll keep you posted.

Gives new meaning to the saying 'Shaq Attack': Alexis Miller, an Atlanta hip hop artist also known as MaryJane, has been granted a temporary restraining order against NBA star Shaquille O'Neal. According to Miller, she recently ended a 6-8 month relationship with O'Neal and since then the Phoenix Suns star has harassed and threatened her with bodily harm. Miller says she fears for the safety of herself, her family and her young son.

Among the allegations are claims that O'Neal made threatening phone calls to Miller in which he told her he was planning to pay performers $50,000 not to work with her.

An Atlanta judge granted the restraining order, which states that O'Neal is prohibited from having any contact with or coming within 200 yards of Miller or her 19-month-old son. Both Miller and O'Neal will appear before a judge on September 4 to determine if the restrictions should remain in place.

O'Neal filed for divorce from wife Shaunie in 2007, but they had appeared to reconcile in recent weeks.

The conservatorship that has Britney's dad Jamie taking care of her personal and professional "stuff" expires on the same day that Sam Lufti is going to appear in court to try to get out of the restraining order that keeps him away from Britney.

Ewww, he's so slimy. I would hate to see him back in her life messing her up beyond repair. She's on the right track, working on an album, getting more visitation with her boys, the last thing she needs is is him back in her life screwing it all up.

Britney Spears To Testify For Sam Lutfi?

Britney Spears has reportedly been asked to testify on behalf of Sam Lutfi, her former "manager/friend" in his continuing quest to "free" Brit from her dad's control.

Lutfi is believed to be behind lawyer Jon Eardley's attempts to push Britney's case to the federal court - in the hopes that the higher court would overrule Jamie Spears' control over his daughter's assets and any decisions on her behalf. However, that attempt was unsuccessful, so now Sam is preparing to present evidence proving that all the allegations against him are false and that the restraining order filed to keep him away from Spears is ridiculous. The court hearing takes place on March 17 in Los Angeles Superior Court.

He's hoping that by calling Britney Spears to testify, she will prove his innocence. He told a friend, "I am going to call Britney to the stand so she can tell the world how I was helping her. I am innocent. I am Britney's friend and would never hurt her." ~~No, just drug her~~.

A source close to Sam said, "[Sam thinks] Britney feels fit enough to make her own decisions but is overruled by her father."

Lutfi's mouthpiece Michael Sands said, "Sam is a good guy who does not agree with this restraining order. He will fight it all the way."

Of course he will - his moneybag has been taken away from him. Hey Sam, I hear Britney's almost broke, perhaps you should find another source of income - say like- GET A JOB.

Wow. If even five words of this is true, Sam Lutfi is one messed up dude and the whole Spears story is hella lot more tragic than we thought (which, obvz, is saying a LOT.)

Here's the text of the formal allegations made by Britney's mother:

I, Lynne Spears, declare:

I am the mother of Britney Spears (“Britney”)., who is the subject of this action. I have personal knowledge of each of the facts set forth in this Declaration, and can testify completely thereto, except as this matters stated on information and belief, and as to such matters I believe them to be true.

This past Monday night (Jan. 28), Britney’s father, Jamie, and I (in separate cars) went to Britney’s house in Beverly Hills because we had heard news reports that Britney had just been in a big fight with Sam Lufti aka Sam Lufti (“sam”), the man who has inserted himself into my daughter’s life, home and finances, and that she was crying. We were very concerned about her safety. We arrived at the Summit Community gatehouse in BHPO at approximately 10 p.m. I was with my friend Jackie.

The guards at the gatehouse stopped us there for awhile. Jackie, Jamie and I finally proceeded to Britney’s house and entered it. We were able to enter the house because it was not locked. Britney does not lock her doors and currently there are no security guards around her residence. Britney was not home. We found Sam, and sam said as we walked in the door that Britney only wanted me to come to the house, and that she was afraid to see her dad.

Two or three paparazzi came into the house and entered the kitchen. They greeted Sam. The paparazzi then reported to Sam where Britney currently was. From the conversation between Sam and the paparazzi I determined that sam had given Felipe (another paparazzi) one of Britney’s cars to get her out of the house when he heard that Jamie and I were on our way to see Britney. I also understood from the conversation that Sam disabled all of Britney's cars. (she has several at her residence.)

Sam had told Britney that Jamie and I were coming to the house to do an intervention, and that Britney panicked and took off with Felipe. Another man named Chad Hardcastle was in the house.

I also heard the evening that Britney’s and Sam’s fight that evening, Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve her kids.

The paparazzi reported to Sam and addressed him with great respect. They treated him like a general. He instructed them to get her back to the house. They later told Sam that Britney was on her way back.

Britney then came back to the house with Adnan, who is also a paparazzi. Sam then told Jackie that we needed to do whatever he tells us. I objected. He then told me, “I’m the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter. I sleep in cars outside her house so she can’t leave.” Sam then said, “You people throw everyone under the bus, if you don’t listen to me I’m going to make your name sh** in the papers.”

As I looked around the kitchen, I noticed that in the middle of the kitchen table there was a large car battery. At some point during the evening I learned that the car battery was there so Sam could charge his cell phone. Although Britney has several cell phones, he told us that he had disposed of all of the phone chargers and had made the house phones unworkable.

Sam told Jackie and me to tell ADnan to leave Britney alone and to get the F*** out of the house. Jackie refused. Sam then said to tell Britney that Adnan is gay. Adnan stayed at the house a little longer. Sam quietly said something to Adnan and Adnan promptly left the house.

Britney came into the room looking for Adnan. Sam told her that Adnan was in the bathroom. Britney then asked me, “Is Adnan gay?” While Britney was out of earshot, Sam told Jackie and me that we should pretend that Adnan was in the bathroom so Britney wouldn’t leave.

Britney then became very agitated and could not stop moving. She cleaned the house. She changed her clothes many times. She also changed her three dogs’ clothes many times. Britney spoke to me in a tone and with the level of understanding of a very young girl. Britney then picked up a bottle of pill sand read part of the label and asked us, “What does insomnia mean?” Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake.

Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney’s pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdol and Seroquel. He told us that he puts them in her food that that was the reason she had been quiet for the last three days (she had been sleeping.) He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain.

Sam then encouraged us to sit down on a sofa and do “tequila shots.” Jackie and I said we did not want to. Britney seemed to follow our lead. Sam then got some wine out and said, “Let’s all do toasts with wine.” Britney said that she didn’t want to, she wanted a pretty glass. Sam found a glass with a stem and poured wine for Britney when we were not looking. Britney refused to drink her wine and asked to drink mine.

Shortly afterward, Sam went back into the kitchen and was standing behind a raised bar so that we could not see what his hands were doing on the counter. Sam then said to Britney, “let’s go upstairs,” and Britney followed him. Britney had calmed down by the time she went upstairs.

A little while later, Britney came downstairs. She seemed agitated again and told us that she wanted to go to Rite Aid for lipsticks. It was now past midnight. Jackie and I said we would take her. Sam told us that he wanted to follow us in his car. We told him that he shouldn’t because the paparazzi were in front of the neighbor’s house and would harass us. As were were about to drive off, Sam jumped into the bask seat of the car. The paparazzi followed. Sam and I were sitting in the back seat, with Chad as well. He told me that he gave Britney something (when they were upstairs) to make her more light-hearted, happy, and fun. We entered Rite Aid and Britney chose her lipstick. The manager said it is dangerous out there, which it was. When Britney gave the cashier her credit card, the cahsier told her it was not working. I paid for the lipstick and the manager told us we could leave through the side door so no one could see us. Sam insisted we leave through the front door and he put his arms around Britney and me for the paparazzi to take photos. I disengaged as quickly as I could.

Sam told me,” You’d better learn that I control everything. I control Howard Grossman, Britney’s business manger. I control her attorney's and the security guards at the gate. They don’t listen to Britney, they listen to me. That’s why Jamie was gone tonight.”

At another point in the evening, Sam bragged to me that he is the one who receives Britney's checks and that one of them was for me. I told Sam that I hadn't gotten any checks from Britney. Sam then told me that they are in his car. He told me that if he weren't in the house to give Britney her medicine, she would kill herself. Then he said to me "If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave."

He then proclaimed that he has been in the family for a year and that he had one nothing but good for Britney. At this point, it was two or three in the morning. Britney was meandering around the house. She would let me hug her, but she was out of it.

At one point during the night, Sam was screaming at me and Britney said to me, “Sam treats me like that.” Then she picked up the house phone and said, “Look at the phone, it doesn’t work.” Sam then blamed the dead phone on Britney. Jackie spoke up and said to Sam, “You said you cut down the phone wire.”

Britney then said again at some point during the night, “When do I get to see my babies?” Sam answered, “Wednesday. “ Britney then said, “What do I have to do to see them?” Sam responded, “Take the pills I tell you to take.” Britney said, “I don’t like the pills and I don’t like the psychiatrist. Can’t I see another psychiatrist so I can see my babies?” Sam responded, “If I told you to take 10 pills a day, you should do what I tell you to see your babies.” Jackie then said, “Britney, your parents can help you find a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist needs to get to know you to give you the right medicine.” Sam then raised his voice and said, “Why don’t you get back with Kevin.”

Britney then said, “I’ll do anything to get them back.”

At some point during the evening, Sam said that Britney decided that he should be her manager.

Adnan has called me and told me he’s worried about Britney. He told me that Sam hides the phones and tells her he has lost them. He also hides her dog, London. She looks for him all over the house crying and then Sam brings the dog from the hiding place and acts like her savior.

While we were at Rite Aid, Britney went in and out of her British accent.

At 4 a.m., I was exhausted and wanted to leave. Sam blocked my car so I could not leave. I threatened to call Jamie on the phone.

Britney said, “I want my Daddy up here. I want to talk to my Daddy.” I reached Jamie on the phone and gave the phone to Britney. I heard her tell him that she wanted to see him. He said, “right now baby?” and she said, “no.” He said, “10:00 in the morning?” and she said, “no, noon.”

I spent the rest of the night at Britney’s house and for the first time in a very long time, when I lay down to sleep, I felt very agitated. I could not fall asleep at all. I felt like I had had coffee. Jackie, who had gone home earlier, later told me that she also could not sleep at all, and felt like she had had coffee.

Jamie came to pick me up the next morning. Jamie gave Britney a big hug and said to her, “baby, you’re OK?” Britney said, “I’m fine,” then burst into tears.

“To my knowledge, Britney never went to sleep that night and was very agitated for most of the night.

Sam and Chad, however, slept in the “smoking room,” a small room downstairs on the first floor of the house.

Later the next day, on January 29, Jackie showed me a text message she had received from Sam: “Thanks for telling Jamie all your bulls**t. He just hit me. Now you guys did your deed. Much accomplished. Good job.

I did not see Britney again until I arrived at her house on Wednesday night after Sam called me and told me to come to the house. When we arrived, Britney seemed subdued. The police arrived and took her to the Neuro Psychiatric Institute at UCLA (“NPI”). While at NPI, I l earned that Britney informed her doctor, Lee Sadja, MD, that she had also taken Aderol.

I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed on January 31, 2008 at Los Angeles, California.

According to the restraining order placed by Britney Spears' parents against Sam Lufit, Lufti drugged Britney and cut her phone lines and repeatedly called her an unfit mother. Among other things. All of which, if true, make that 'kidnapping' concern look a little less ludicrous.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the order, and is reporting that it requires Lutfi to stay 250 yards away from Britney, UCLA Medical Center, her parents' homes, siblings' homes, childrens' homes and Britney's homes.

According to TMZ: the document states that "(Lufti) has cut Britney's home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything."

According to a declaration filed by Lynne Spears, on January 28, Lynne and Jamie arrived for an intervention -- "Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids."

At one point, Britney "picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us, 'What does insomnia mean?' Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake." Lynne continues, "Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel." Britney's Boyfriend Surprised At Restraining Order

There's nothing worse that getting dumped and not knowing it, eh? No, wait: getting dumped and learning about it through the gossipnets. That's worse.

According to People.com, Adnan Ghalib was surprised to learn of rumors that the pop star has requested a restraining order against him:

"All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning," Ghalib says in a message posted on the Web site of his employer, FinalPixx. "The reason being, that I have has to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears."

In other words, he's been reading X17, and Britney isn't returning his calls, and he's more than a little worried. Pardon me while I indulge in a little schadenfreude: HA!

Demi Moore: Going GI Jane In Defense Of Britney

Demi Moore wants to kick some paparazzi and gossipnet ass for Britney Spears.

She told V magazine that she totally sympathizes with Britney, and that she wishes that gossips and paps would just leave her alone:

"It's become something that has absolutely no boundaries whatsoever. With the expansion of the internet and various blogs, it's become absolutely out of control - at times very dangerous, certainly intrusive, and in many moments that I've personally experienced and that friends have experienced, it's terrifying... It's difficult when they (paparazzi) hang out at the bottom of your street waiting for you to drive by. But no one has seen it worse than Britney Spears... How can anyone see that and think that's an okay way to expect anybody to live, no matter where they're at in their life?"

I'm reluctant to challenge Demi Moore, seeing as she looks as though she could roundly kick my ass without breaking a sweat on her expertly-smoothed brow, but here's something to consider: Ms. Spears doesn't exactly try to avoid the paparazzi. In fact - a fact that should be transparent to anybody who hasn't been living under a rock recently - she seems to have very serious boundary issues when it comes to paparazzi. You know, jetting off to Mexico with them, shopping naked with them, inviting them in for drinks and restraining order perusal... that kind of thing. They're not exactly at the bottom of her street, Demi. They're actually more or less living on her doorstep, with full housekeeping service, and wondering - not so unreasonably - whether they might or might not get a chance to get into her pants. Seeing as she's treating them like pets, I'm not sure that she's looking for any sympathy about their proximity. Just sayin'.

In unrelated comment: HOLY HELL, but who does Demi's cosmetic surgery? She looks AMAZING.

Britney Files Restraining Order Against Adnan?

Did Brit slap a restraining order against her "soon to be husband" Adnan Ghalib? According to two x17 photogs, yes. The paps apparently visited Spears at her home - Britney invited them in because she was "super bored."

Britney said, "Come with me, let's have some fun." They shared some champagne and listened to Amy Winehouse (a fellow trainwrecker) during the visit, Sam Lutfi pulled a paper out of his pocket and it was a restraining order against Adnan Ghalib. Lutfi said, "Look at this!"

Spears reportedly showed "disappointment and anger" towards Adnan for being "set-up" in pictures that Adnan and his agency have sold.

Around 6am, Sam asked the photographers to leave so Brit could get some shut-eye. They said, "We had fun. Britney was funny, very relaxed, dancing a little bit, and she carried her little dog all the time."

Are you scratching your head? Ya, me too. The Britney Spears 'crazy train' seems to be picking up steam. I suppose this means Britbrit and Adnan will not be saying their "I do's?"

Britney Slapped With Restraining Order!

Britney Spears has been ordered to stay at least 100 feet from her ex, Kevin Federline. Reports are that an "emergency protective order" was issued after all of the insanity last week. The order was issued by the LAPD to apparently "stabilize the situation."

Kev's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan confirmed that the order was enforced for five business days - ending today. The attorney didn't state whether or not it would be extended.

An LAPD rep said, "it's issued by officers when there's the possibility of imminent and immediate danger to the victim."

It just never stops does it? Bring on the crazy train!

Who turns away a pregnant lady? Homeowners in an exclusive neighborhood in Southern California, that's who. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were turned away from a gated community where they recently made an offer on a home because their potential neighbors were concerned with the paparazzi becoming a nuisance. People these days! So a few hoards of photographers with bright lights and cameras ruin your lawn and trample your flower beds every couple of days - what's the big deal?

Since Joel and Nicole are close personal friends of mine, I'd like to extend an invitation to them to crash at my place until the baby comes. Free room and board, and I make a killer cappuccino. So come on over, guys! Or at least return my emails. You know, no hard feelings about the restraining order you took out. Call me!

I Cornered, I Mean, Met Nicole Richie and Joel Madden in a Hallway at the Hannah Montana Concert and They Were So Totally Human

Meet my new BFFs, Joel and Nicole. Okay, they don't exactly know yet that we'll be texting each other on a regular basis and hanging at each other's houses playing Monopoly, but they will soon.

I took my girls to the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus concert at Staples Center on Wednesday night, and ran into the expectant couple in a hallway. Who knew they were Disney fans? They posed for pictures, signed autographs and chatted with my girls and acted just like normal people, except with better clothes and more money. Joel only looked slightly annoyed when I asked him for their address so we could all come over for a barbecue this weekend.

Okay, I know I haven't always been nice to them here on FameCrawler, making fun of their unborn baby and Nicole's DUI woes, but all that's changed. Now, expect gushing posts from me on Joel's paternal skills or see me come to their defense when my fellow writers make fun of Nicole's thin arms. I heart Nicole and Joel, people. And the only thing standing between me and Nicole's upcoming baby shower? A big beefy bodyguard and a restraining order. BFFs 4 Ever!
