Guess Who's Getting Married In April?

Can you guess which celebrity couple is finally going to tie the knot? I know there are going to be quite a few sad women out there after this couple has a lovely spring wedding.

Can you guess?

It's none other than Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis.

The rumor is that they are planning to get married in France in the chapel on their estate. "They're a very private couple. It's no surprise they'd want to celebrate at their home."

That sounds beautiful, a springtime wedding in France will be remembered by all who attend. I wonder if I'll get an invite.

Britney in Sex and the City Sequel?

We recently told you about the "Sex and the City" sequel, complete with all the cast regulars and mom Sarah Jessica Parker getting an enormous $30-$50 million payday. Now the word on the street is that SJP wants to cast Britney Spears, another Famecrawler mommy, in the movie!

Sarah Jesica thinks the "Circus" star will be perfectly cast as one of Carrie Bradshaw's young relatives. "My idea is to have someone like Britney move to New York as my cousin or niece and Carrie would show her the ropes," SJP told a group of friends.

Another link in the track for Britney's comeback train? We shall see.

Ben Stiller Hospitalized

Ben Stiller was hospitalized over the weekend in NYC - so what happened to the 43-year-old comedian and actor?

No worries, he should still be able to wrap presents for Ella, 6, and Quinlin, 3, although he might be a bit slow going. Still apparently broke his hand.

His publicist Kelly Bush said, "I can confirm that he broke his hand snowboarding."

Stiller was admitted to Mount Sinai Hospital on Sunday and treated for the fracture. While no other details were made public, it's believed one of the hospital's top hand specialist was called in to treat him.

Hope you're better soon Ben - you've got two kids to chase around!

Johnny Depp is a family man and loves it.

He says, “I could sit there all day and do nothing but watch them grow. I’m totally inspired by them.”

Isn't it amazing how we all feel the same about our kids? They are truly amazing and the depth of emotion they drive you to feel everyday. The highs and lows, ins and outs.

Johnny Depp is incredibly talented.

Are his kids more inspiring than mine? Maybe they are just a little less frustrating than mine.

Ben Stiller says that his two "incredible" children are enough for him and wife Christine Taylor. The couple's children, Ella Olivia and Quinlin Dempsey, are included in the new movie Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, and Ben says "they're ridiculously cute at 6 and 3."

Despite their glowing love for children, Ben and Christine don't plan to expand the family any more. Ben says they're "happy where we're at right now." Christine says, "Two is enough for now. Three's off." She thinks a third would throw everything off kilter.

"Two is a handful. I feel very fortunate," says Ben.

Ben Stiller, star of movies such as "Meet the Parents" and "Zoolander," has been part of the show business world from the get-go. His parents are Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara, after all. But as for Ben's kids - Ella Olivia, 6, and Quinlin Dempsey, 3 - he wants them to "have as much of a regular childhood as possible."

"My daughter is not that interested in movies," Ben says. "She'd rather be playing with her dolls, which is good. I think that's healthy. My son sort of gets show business but he's also more involved with his trains."

Of course, if Ben's kids decide to go into the biz, he'll be totally supportive. Ben is married to actress Christine Taylor, 37. He's starring in the new movie "Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa" and the upcoming "Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian." He enjoys making movies that are accessible to his kids now.

"It's great to be able to share with them something they can enjoy," says Ben, 42. There's not a lot of films of mine I can show to them but we'll get to them eventually. I don't know how long it will take until they can see Dodgeball or even Heavyweights. But I'm guessing we'll get to both of them before There's Something About Mary."

Um, yeah. Quite a while, I'm sure.

Spider-Man Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer went out to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch yesterday with little 23-month-old Ruby Sweetheart. Guess it's that time of year again, eh? I wonder what costume Ruby will wear this Halloween?

I can't tell you what I'm dressing as...it's a secret. It may not be as cool as what Ruby is going as, but still.

Johnny Depp was rumored to be heading to England to film scenes for a new movie in the Antony, Plymouth area. Alas, the rumor isn't true.

Johnny Depp isn't filming there or in the UK at all. He isn't even signed for the film yet either, though he is Tim Burton's first choice for the Mad Hatter.
The Mad Hatter character is supposedly going to be a CGI character, so Johnny, if he signs on, won't even need to be there in Antony, Plymouth or the UK.

I know that news disappointed the fans of Johnny in the area, they'll get over it eventually.

Beautiful mom Rachel Weisz shows up on the October cover of Vogue. In it, she talks about working and motherhood. Weisz, 38, is coupled with Darren Aronofsky, acclaimed director of movies such as "Requiem for a Dream" and the new "The Wrestler." They have a 2-year-old son, Henry Chance.

Why Rachel didn't do the third Mummy movie: "In fact, I never even read the script because it was going to be, I think, five months in China, and it was just out of the question that I could do it straight after The Brothers Bloom."

On being a working mother: "Things get more complicated when you have a child. We can’t both be working at the same time."

On why she didn't pick me instead of Darren: "Karl who?"

Spider-Man No Workey Without Family Time

Tobey Maguire will once again reprise his biggest role as Spder-Man in the fourth and fifth films, which will be filmed back-to-back over 6 months next year. He'll get paid a record $50 million to do so AND he's got a "family clause" written into his contract. This means he'll be granted early mornings and evenings off to spend with his 22-month-old daughter Ruby Sweetheart.

Sony studios realized that without this family clause, Maguire would very likely not return to their much-needed role. In fact, the Sony chairman, Amy Pascal (a mother herself), came in to grant the request, saying 6 months with no family time just isn't right. This worried Sony. They don't want to set a precedent in future contracts.

But money talks, as they say. After all, the first 3 Spider-Man movies racked up over $1.5 BILLION worldwide. There's also a Broadway musical in the works, which Bono is penning songs for. I can't imagine how awful THAT'S going to be. They've already cast Jim Sturgess ("The Other Boleyn Girl" and "Across the Universe") as Peter Parker and Evan Rachel Wood ("Once and Again" and "Bronte") as Mary Jane.

We should know in the next few days whether or not Kirsten Dunst will come back to the films as Mary Jane Watson. She's said to be melting down with some kind of diva'ish depression of late. Some say she's just a bitch, but I don't see that depression and bitchdom are mutually exclusive.
