She is wearing a covering jacket in July of all months, could be so that you can not see her from the side view. Her daugter is lightly dressed, and Katie's wearing a heavy jacket. She was thin a few months ago and in shape. She probably is preggers again to have what looks like a belly in this pic, but the jacket to me gives it away.
