After my first child, I lost all the baby weight within a week. I also breastfed for 8 months and didn't wear breast pads every waking moment, but only when my breasts started to feel full. I also was not still wearing the dreaded pad 3 weeks later. Every pregnancy and every woman is different.

I have been asking myself the exact same questions! I didn't think she could be wearing a bra because her nipples are always showing in the photos. If she was breasfeeding she would have to wear breast pads for sure!

I agree Bean..haha. Chyna - with my first, I walked out of the hospital with a pre-baby body (I was 19), BUT I sure as hell didn't (or wouldn't) wear white pants! I guess Nicole is brave?????????? lol

I don't know....her boobs are sure bigger than they ever were and there is a tummy there in the white blouse. She was freakishly skinny before the baby and who knows what she could be doing to herself to get that thin post baby. If she isn't eating, she wouldn't have much milk.....

Lochia occurs for at least a couple weeks after birth even a C-section. Was she wearing a pad the size of a Ford Explorer in those tight white britches to catch that torrent? No breast pads with exposed nips means no milk. She could have gotten the shot and already dried up. But that flat tummy and white jeans and going to freaking yoga class so soon. Totally faked it. They probably used a surrogate in India who carried their embryo.

With both of my pregnancies, a couple of weeks the babies were born I was *below* my pre-pregnancy weight. My pants were falling off of me. (Sadly, it all came back eventually, but still...)

It's a mystery to me too. White pants and nothing to catch breast leaks? She's a freak of nature. She sure has ruined her hair too.
