Actually, they're calling Photoshop. They are claiming that little Vivienne Marcheline is not yet able to smile (or Knox Leon for that matter) and that the grin we see is actually the result

re: Pictures of Knox and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt Faked?!

I am fairly certain that they are right. I have two children who were both smart babies and still at 3 weeks if they had "smiled" like their baby was I would have called it gas. I DO NOT think the baby is smiling and was happy to read this article because first thing I did when I saw this picture was say "Umm, yeah right. That baby can't smile yet." Next thing I know somebody read my mind because I agree with what they say. I don't know about photoshopping but if anything else I'd just call it good timing to capture the baby smirking from a small gas pain.

She did it in her sleep for whatever reason, ie: dreams or gas. Now the baby in this photo is asleep therefore could be smiling on her own. My baby did. It is possible. My girl also lifted her head at 2 weeks, which I've heard from many is amazing.

Is it possible that photoshop was used.

Of course, anything is possible.
