She's wearing a baby bump in this photo. She has been wearing a baby bump for her show because she's pregnant on Desperate Housewives.

I don't think she's pregnant and here's why. To have a belly like that I'd say she's at least 12 weeks or more along. Given how much she likes to talk about her private life publically (I think she was very open about her realtionship with Tony, much more so than is the trend with celebrity relationships of late) I think she'd be all over making a pregnancy announcement as soon as she made it past the most dangerous time for miscarriage. I think the gut is fake.

I think about this stuff entirely too much.

It's a prop for her character as Gaby in Desperate Housewives! She's in costume for the show, she never looks that scruffy in real life
