We don't need any more "truth-stretchers" in the White House! If she can't trust the American people to make an intelligent decision on a matter like this, it shows what she thinks of us, apparently very little! She will want the authority as VP to view all of our "records". As a representative of the people, she should have no problem with our viewing hers Imagine how secretive she will be as VP if we can't even get a public record of hers "made public". A very sad commentary on where our democracy is headed. If you can't take the heat Sarah....

Gosh don't we have enough to worry about? And what about Obamah and Rev Wright. Obamah attended church for 20 years with the Rev and never heard what he said and then he drops this so called important Rev who lead him to his faith when it wasn't good for Obamah's reputation. Besides it looks like Obamah has been sleeping with Freddie Max and Fannie May not his wife. We have real problems America and this is low on the list.

I am not sure what to think about the baby Trig. Although I do not believe that he should be part of her platform, well that is if she creates a platform.

Although I have no intentions of voting for her, I do not think that her daughter's pregnancy nor her possible attempt at covering up a pregnancy should be a reason not to vote for her.

This story is so crazy! There are a lot of HMMM questions that make me think it just has to be true. Everyone is wondering why on earth a lady leaking fluid would get on a plane for 8 hours with her 5th pregnancy ( a very valid point) but what about the fact that she probably flew to Texas in the fist place and a woman is not supposed to fly past the 32nd week anyway. Not to mention with a HIGH RISK pregnancy as this would clearly have been.

So Bristol may be pregnant again. I know people who have done this on accident. OR......... maybe they are pretending she is still "pregnant" to explain the post baby bump and dispell rumors about Trig. Saying it's impossible for her to be his mother if she is pregnant now. Maybe she will "loose" the baby or something soon before we expect the bump to grow.

How can we trust a woman like Sarah Palin in the White House with so many questions and lies surrounding her.

Any other public servant would proudly tell the world they were having a baby, especially if you are very religious as Ms. Palin appears to be. So why wouldn't she tell the great state of Alaska or her office staff if no one else that she was pregnant until she is 7 months along? Why doesn't she just settle the buzz once and for all and DNA her child to let show she IS the mom and not grandmama. One thing most of us have learned from a lie...the more you say it the deeper the hole you are digging you'll soon fall in it. Not a pretty sight.

I actually did a little digging and found out her Dr. Johnson is not on staff at Mat Su Regional but at Providence Hospital of Mat Su and also runs something called the childrens place. She is a family practise physician, not obgyn. I don't know if Palin intentionally mislead people as to where she gave birth or if people are making assumptions or confusing the two places.

That said, the issue may not be that there is no record of his birth but more importantly her idiotic and reckless behavior when she went into labor if she was indeed pregnant with a baby she wanted so much.

The woman is a complete faiure by her own standards and "family values" if she is so out of touch with her own teen daughter that she never noticed abstinence only was probably not going to work in her relationship. If the young lady was home with an acute case of mono where was she when she concieved her current baby? Who is home with those kids? Who is making sure that Sarah's family values are being instilled in her children? We were all famously told there isn't a cook anymore but is there a nanny? Does anyone know who takes care of the Governor's children? I know it's not the first dude because if he isn't fishing by all accounts he is sitting in on Sarah's meetings, phone calls and being copied on her e-mails so he is a little distracted himself.Didn't the religious right and "republicans" warn us that the destruction of American society and the family unit was due to Mother's not being their for their children and preferring high profile careers over raising their children?I think it's odd that a self styled pitbull/barricuda/pistol packing/creationist/book banning/mom who believes that everything she does is clearly God's will expects me to respect a candidate for vice president of the United States of America 's privacy and be proud of Bristol "choosing life" when she would like to legislate the choices of everyone else's daughters.

This lady has more skeletons than a graveyard. She has no right to criticize Obama when she and her husband can't even keep watch on their teen daughter. By the way, if the single mothers that she look down her nose at are able to raise their daughters pregnacy-free, then why can't she? She needs to clean her own dirty laundary before she airs someone else's. If that baby really is hers then why won't she just prove it by showing pictures of herself and birth records for the baby. This would stop all the rumors. Further, why did McCain pick her with all this controversy surrounding her? Didn't they investigate her background first? Why would they set themselves up for this much scrutiny? Personally, I believe this woman has weasled her way into this position. Maybe she knows something, is calling in a favor or is blackmailing someone. I just don't think McCain would have risked his campaign without a very good reason.

((GASP)) God forbid goes on to choose to carry out her oath of office. And you seem to want to tear her hair out when she is doing the exact thing you SAY you are fighting for. I'm sure you all would have preferred she not carry out her pregnancy. The age difference thing doesn't mean much - between my grown sons and my youngest son is 8 and almost 9 years. That was just the way things worked out. However, as a mother with a special needs child, personally, I can't imagine taking a position like that! Kids are hard work and then toss in a child who has extra needs and care - multiply it by 10. I don't know how she thinks she can do this and be there for her infant, who is going to need A LOT of attention and care.

I agree with cassie. I know its not really our business how she rasies her kids, but trig is going to need loads of attention. getting it from his "mother" would be the best thing for him. how the heck is she going to be the president and take care of him? i would NEVER take a job that demanding if i had a special needs child. its not like a normal job that you NEED to work in order to pay the bills. Its a job of power. Would she rather have the power or help her baby son?

Also whats the age difference between her 4th child and the baby? isn't it a huge age difference? that in itself makes me wonder if its hers. (yes i know it happens, but its just something else thats weird about this whole thing)

Yes, it does matter.

Is the daughter really 5 months' along? And yes, there's something called Irish Twins - which I believe is when a mother gets pregnant right after delivery. Especially if she's not breastfeeding.

Too many questions that are fishy. Plus, who would get on a plane with their water breaking, during a high risk pregnancy and allegedly your 5th pregnancy? Seems like the birth would take minutes and getting on any plane would be a bad idea.

If that's all true, it illustrates her lack of judgement, bottom line. Jeopardizing your child's life and possibly your own and you want to help run our country?? No thanks.
