What? You haven't? Well, then, click here to see it for yourself . It's brilliant. It was the only funny thing in last week's premiere of Saturday

re: Sarah Palin Loved the SNL Skit, But Didn't Listen to It

I agree with Maeby, and also with Catherine and Alice. Who knows how much deception is involved - or, perhaps better said, where the bulk of the deception lies; that is, is it mostly self-deception, that which is being revealed in what Sarah reports, or is it bullsh*t which is being "knowingly" thrown?

What is clear is that there seems to be a substantial amount of deception, however it might be analyzed or accounted for. That is revealed (= the opposite of concealed @=@ deception) by Sarah's report to Sean. (And oh my heavens, what a piece of work our Sean is, God love him. . . but that's a whole nother story in itself)

What is likewise revealed by Sarah's report, however, is a (self-) recognition that "the better part" of Sarah Palin is the outward part. That is, the more substantial part of Sarah is the pure outward projection of her physical self - the part that reflects light. So, then, one can appreciate the best of Sarah with the sound turned off, and as such her report of her behavior is not altogether absurd, in the least.

She's a snippy little scolder living in two dimensions on a good day. The truth about you, when it's ugly (as is the case here) hurts, and when it's delivered to a national audience using smart satire, it stings like a motherfucker. She knows this. She's seen SNL, she knows how smart it can be. Maybe she didn't listen, not because she couldn't be bothered with the volume button on a remote, but because, on top of everything else that's wrong with her, she's a fucking pussy.
