i asked my doctor to do one as he was closing up my c and i was only half kidding.

honestly i do not think she has had one because she is nursing (or so they say).

i vote for it being spanx!

I have a friend who had triplets and she is thinner than ever. No stomach skin issues for her, she was pretty thin to start though.

She has that tat right there in the photo... That would be shot to hell if she had a tummy tuck... But really who cares- I'm sure most women would have one post baby if they could.

Can't they do it during the c-section just after the babies are born? Why not, if you can, right? I mean, she's got the money, it boosts her career to look good and typically a woman gets quite large with twins and it's hard to come back from; even if you lose the weight, your skin may not shrink back or vice versa.

she had her nose done, her cheeks done, her boobs done, so why not a tummy tuck. it was reported that it wasdone in the hospital shortly after the birth of the twins
