And not just a few-- they were EVERYWHERE. And most of the time, the kids were not wearing helmets. It was kind of a bike culture. Not to say that Europeans always know better, and in no way saying that it's a safer alternative.... but maybe it's a cultural thing.&lt;/p&gt;
