I heard her dad on a tv talk show a couple of months ago and he said that they were great friends, whether or not she is pregnant, maybe billy ray should be a parent to miley, i am sure she has enough friends, ok.

Ok, this is just another celebrity rumor. But everyone should seriously stop saying teens dont have sex. I'm 14 and my friend is due in november, she will be 15 when she gives birth. I belive in celibacy but most teens do not. And adults just need to accept the fact that todays youth are maturing faster then they expected or wanted.
