Wow, and to think that after I brought my twins home I didn't even have time to shower every day, much less work out for three hours in spite of my c-section pain. There's no way she's breastfeeding those babies on that reduced calorie diet and amount of exercise.

Massive weight loss will also do in breastfeeding. Take it from me. I lost 60 lbs in four weeks after my twins were born. Hemorrhaging will do that. My milk has never come in properly, although I do what I can. I'd much rather have kept the weight and give more milk for my boys. JLo's an idiot.

How does she find time to breastfeed with all that going on? Does all of the diet and exercise affect her milk supply? Surely, since she wants the BEST for her babies she is breastfeeding them. Or she hired a wet nurse which is the most likely scenario for Ms. Diva-for-No-Reason.

That isn't even close to enough calories to keep up with breastfeeding twins. If she's breastfeeding, that is.
