It's possible to lose the baby weight by simply working out everyday after you give birth!! Why must you specualate that she had lipo?

As for the boob size, it is a perfectly natural thing to have happen while breast feeding and I don't think she has gotten implants. Guess we'll find out after she is done breastfeeding.

Let's be honest. None of these celebrities ever admit to having lipo, but for sure that's what's going on with a lot of them. Xtina should keep her wonky implants covered up a bit more.

Not so good to diet while breastfeeding...It seems as though all this hype around celebrities' post-baby bodies isn't just bad for new moms' self image, but also for breast feeding. (Although, her boobs seem to be a poster ad for breast feeding.)
