There are literally no other ingredients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oh, sure, there's other stuff on the label, but it's diluted literally millions or trillions of times. There's almost certainly many times more random impurities (rat droppings, say) in the lactose (i.e. milk sugar) base than any traces of the alleged active ingredients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The most important point is that homeopathy isn't actually ancient wisdom or nature-medicine with millennia of practical use. It's an early industrial-age theory that competed with the idea that disease might be caused by germs. You'd think that the fact that it turned out to be totally wrong would have been the end of it, but turns out to be a really good way to rip off desperate parents. (And sadly, sometimes really sick people.)&lt;/p&gt;
